Paid $10 inside the store about 2 months or so ago for gas went to the pump and it never pumped the gas I was on empty the gas registered I was getting gas but I never did went inside to complain as was another woman on her way to the airport about the same problem refunded the woman but yelled at me that I was lying because she could see I got the gas I begged her to please come outside and check my car that there was no gas in it I was on empty she screamed that wasn't her job and that I could call the police. Ok I started to and she ran outside and told me she sees the problem she would refund me. I never got refunded. Still waiting. Went to complain about this again but red tape was around pumps and store shut down until recently. I don't know who to complain to but I do know this was beyond illegal. The lady was so rude and when I asked for a manager's number so I could talk to him she told me I wasn't getting that. I would avoid this store at all costs and forever give Jerry's my business unless I need gas then just go to 7/11

The new management and owner needs to get their act together, quickly. Before the ownership change, this gas station and convenience shop was close to perfect. Some flaws here and there. However, after the switch, flaws started popping up everywhere. The store is not even open a full 7 day week. When they are open, they have the oddest hours possible. Who closes at 5pm on a normal weekday? The gas price on the sign is almost never updated to price at the pump. There are coolers that do not work; instead of moving drinks into a cooler that does work, they just keep it in the broken cooler so those drinks are warm. Products are expired left and right. Lottery still has not been set up yet. Alcohol is no longer being sold. When made aware of these issues to the workers, nothing is done. There seems to be no level of concern taken to these things, even when it comes from customers of the establishment for almost 10 years. Such a shame to see this place go downhill in a short span of time. Hoping they regroup soon and learn how to run a business properly. Until then, I’ve just taken the extra couple minutes to give Jerry’s Drive Thru some business 🤷🏻♀️

Bought some stuff here. And it was infested with beetles. When I went exchange it, they were out of stock. Will not be back until they figure out how to run a store. Which includes having a full inventory of items which are not expired and bug infested. Once they fix their store I’ll delete this poor review. But until then it’s a good idea to stay away.

New manager lady has been very very rude both times I have been in there since they changed ownership. Everything is out of date and over priced. They have the radio station so loud it’s distracting. Would not recommend to anyone. Get gas somewhere else if I were you!

Now known as SQRLReally miss the old ownership!!! Who the heck opens a gas station for a couple hours a day and they keep their station lights on all night that faces our home through our window and is doing nothing about it!!! Very inconsiderate and lack of regard to their neighbors. Hope a local ownership can take back this station because literally nobody asked for a corporate organization to take over.Never had issues like this with the previous ownership
