  Very poor customer service. Rude store associates at 11:45pm when the restroom is asked to be used. The associate demands you to go to the competitor across the street to use restroom and rudely tells you they don't care if you make a purchase or not. Long review short..... poor character, poor integrity, poor morality sums up the expectations when you do business at this location and calling at the corporate level to give a complaint is just as null and void. Very disappointed 😞 What happened to ETHICS????

  The clerk closed the store and would not give customers a receipt for gas purchases.

  In this store they deny service if I show an identification that the clerk on duty does not like and it is strange if the circus accepts any identification, it says so on their website

  I asked the woman that rang me up for a bag and she tossed at me. Then I politely asked if she could help me open it and she said “no”. Unbelievable. Never had an employee do that anywhere. I hope she gets fired.

  Very kind younger gentleman with a small arm tattoo saw I came into get something. I then turned around when I realized my account was in the negative. And he said he would cover it and to not worry about it. Which he did, very sweet man, keep him around he was helping a lot of other people too with app issues and etc.

  This store allows terrible homeless people to hand around their gas station and sleep in the back of the store.These homeless people even try to sell drugs.I have called the manager Joyce before to report - went by the other day - homeless people are still there.I am calling corporate to report now.I have had enough of this.

  I don’t typically leave one star reviews ever, but the lady at the register at this gas station was extremely rude.This was around 4:40pm on Saturday, September 2nd at 4801 W Gandy BivdTampa, FL.The lady has short dirty blonde hair and was flat out rude from the moment we entered saying that we couldn’t use certain cups for the frozen drinks because they had no lids for them. Fine, I didn’t get that type of drink, instead I got a cup of ice that I was charged for and she charged separate for a polar pop I did not order or consume because I got ice in a small clear cup. I tried correcting that but she was stern that I had to pay for a polar pop and the cup of ice because of my cup that was half filled with ice. Now that I think about it I should have just gotten a bag of ice.She scanned my rewards like 5 times to redeem the “free drinks” and kept on telling me I owed money even though the payment key pad showed a zero balance. So I’m pretty sure my rewards got pointlessly exhausted (the five drinks on us offer). Not sure if it’s lack of training or who knows what but she was getting annoyed at me saying it’s the 6th drink when I was reading the description of the offer to her.

  I very much enjoy going to this store it is really close to my house everybody is very nice and friendly I even applied for a job here and I'm currently waiting for my background check I can't wait to start thumbs crossed fingers crossed everything crossed I would love to be an employee here

  i go in frequently as i have several kids so we’re always driving around which means always needing gas and snacks.. Sean is always more than willing to help out when the kids can’t decide what’s the best snack of the week is and when sean isn’t available Angie or Greg always provide awesome customer service! You see terrible gas stations all over google but this is our go to shop!!

  The gas station has improved from where it was 6 months ago I actually enjoy going in here to get my gamer fuel to help get me through the day! Staff is knowledgeable and very nice to every customer. Great job guys

  Half of the pumps don’t work, and for the ones that do, they make you go inside and see the cashier. THEN they pump remarkably slow.Do not come here for a matter of convenience.

  Really polite staff..prices you expect from a gas station. Really clean store and restroom. I enjoy getting morning coffee from here as I get to have good conversations with the employees.
