For 15 years, or so, I have been a daily regular at the Circle K located at Falkenburg Rd and Woodberry Rd in Brandon, Fl. This store has recently had a change in management. With that said a drastic change has occurred. The store is constantly dirty. The shelves are not as full as they used to be. ALL of the employees (except one) have left. Customer service is now terrible. All of this has been politely submitted via Circle K's web site. To date, I have yet to receive a reply.
I am a "frequent flyer" of the polar pop station. About a week ago, I informed an assistant manager that the drinks being dispensed were "watery" and seemed undermixed. Nothing was done. This morning myself and another frequent (daily) customer informed the manager that the drinks were not good. With quite the attitude, she informed both of us that our tastebuds were damaged and the drinks were fine because she tasted them and decided they were ok.
That's it for me. I will stop using this store. I really have a hard time understanding why the management at Circle K doesn't care about their customers.
UPDATE:
A month ago, I was told that my concerns would be addressed, which is apparent corporate speak for "We're going to ignore you." I am trying to give the benefit of the doubt here. The store is still dirty. Many products are still missing from shelves. The Polar Pop is one of their biggest sellers yet the cubed ice side has been down for, at least, 5 days rendering all the selections on that machine flat. I have attempted to speak to the new manager twice. She continues to be loud, dismissive, and arrogant. On a positive note, the employees have become slightly friendlier.
Today I overheard several other regular customers voicing the same issues I have raised. If the management doesn't address this store the customers will stop coming. It is in a great location and I would hate to see it close.

Customer service at this location is top tier. Everyone is friendly. The store is very clean and the ice machine always works.

I have been going their for over 10 years and I must say the place looks great new Manager is sweet and very helpful and it is the quickest i have ever gotten in and out of their in the longest I hate when they tell you that you must use that awful mechine it always messes everything up never gives correct money plus it's just nice to have a friendly chat those machines are so not people friendly but place is always clean and workers are fast helpful and friendly thank you to the employees and the new managers..

Circle k rewards has never worked on the self checkout kiosk and it still hasn't been fixed. Called corporate many times and they were nice enough to add rewards but I'm not going to call everytime. They rarely have the actual cashiers working the regular registers so you have no.choice but to use the kiosk

Regular pack of Newport shorts is $7.54. A pack of Newport soft pack is $6.54 but if clerks change the price to get the extra money ? soft pack does not costs the same as regular so 5/16/23 clerk at 11:40 is changing the cigarettes cost circle k u need to do better that's a felony after a hole day of overcharged customers then we're the extra money going?????????????

It's close to home.... so we go here enough to know the people who work here. If you come here often, the workers make you feel like you're part of the family. Especially Krystal who took over the subway inside, she doesn't play around with food, makes sure everything is fresh! She is amazing! Hard worker, usually tackles everything on her own.... so if you're reliable and looking for work, apply! The gas station and subway are hiring!
