It’s interesting to read all the negative comments about this store. I have had nothing but good luck in the store. One and a while we will buy gas there but for the most part we get a polar pop.
From the manager down everyone is friendly. Jimmy is no longer there, I miss his daily jokes he told me.
Speaking to being out of things, since Covid supplies have been a challenge for many chains. Get a different size, roll with it. There are some stores that are a challenge but this store is consistently good. Speaking for my wife and me only we wouldn’t change a thing.
The store manager should be recognized for running a good store. Thank you!

Went to buy polar pop icees. They didn't have the correct size lids and when we asked the worker if he had the correct size he spoke to me like I was a child. Essentially telling me they were right in front of my face. The only size they had out were for the smaller cups. He then charged me 99 cents even though the sign said every size was 79 cents if you are a reward member, which I am. Super rude customer service.

I paid 30 dollars for my gas only got 16 out of it she gave me 7 dollars back. I should have gotten 14. 🙄 this isn’t the first circle K to not give back my money when I don’t get all the gas I paid for!

The lady that drives the Jeep is rude and disrespectful to people no matter how nice they are she has to be rude and start an argument which you until u stand up to her then she kicks you out and trys to ban you from the store I was a regular here and got along with all the workers but her

Worst customer service of any gas station I have ever been to. Asked Jimmy to scan my lotto tickets, and he told me I'm not doing that go scan them yourself over there. At the time I was the only person in the store and had 3 tickets. Then when I refused and walked out he mocked me over the stations loud speaker that went out to the pumps. I will not be buying anything from this store.

I have been stopping at this gas station for the past 10 years with no issues. Then today a new employee didn’t like the way my car sounds so he refused to serve me. Needless to say with a gas station at every corner you have lost my business.15527 N Dale Mabry HwyTampa, FL 33618United States

Guy working there may as well have been a self service checkout. Was on his phone the entire time and hardly said a word, no bag for my 3 drinks and other stuff. Honestly a self checkout machine would have been more helpful.

Stopped here because I needed fuel and was in the neighborhood. I didn't go inside. Lately, most gas stations have no paper in the machines for fuel receipts, nearly everywhere I go. I find that quite annoying, especially considering the Covid pandemic. If I have no other reason to enter the store, it's quite inconvenient to force me to come inside simply for a receipt that should be available at the pump. I must have the receipts for business expenses.

For over a month now the fountain diet mountain dew has been out of syrup. I had to stop going here in the morning to get my drink before work. I notify them each time I go there and they either have never bothered to hook up the syrup or re order it. I am not sure what the story is here but its lack of management on either end, either not keeping things in stock or actually making employees do their job and by hooking the syrup up.
