Rude and indifferent employees. Was made to use self check out. They WOULD NOT accept cash. Got overcharged. The clerk did not issue the receipt cuz "this register does not issue reeipts". Did not fix the overcharge, even though he aknowledged it. Acted like he could care less. Not trained well. Horrible customer service!!! Do YOURSELF a FAVOR and USE WAWA close by.

Just came to the store at 5:07 pm the store was closed. People were waiting outside for more than 10 minutes and it seen that employees were on the side of the store sitting down and r didn’t care . Circle k must hired decent people that is willing to work and provide good customer service. I won’t ever again stop at this store

Stopped to get gas on 09/19/23 at 7:30pm and went inside to purchase gasoline. The employee at the register was incredibly rude and unprofessional when unprovoked and other customers made a remark regarding her behavior. This is not my first encounter with this employee and the first time this occurred I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day but unfortunately it is her character.I will not be returning to this gas station.

Today 8/31/2023 at 8 pm my wife went to buy a Scratch Offs and the lady who was working was very very rude to her and with racist actions because she told her a word in Spanish. I don't know how a company like Circle that is so prestigious has such a disrespectful employee working with customers

I’m a manager at a store across the street, if the lady today 8/11/23, @3:30pm was at my store I would’ve asked her to clock out and terminated her right then and there.She’s rude, and horrible customer service. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt because I work in a similar environment but she was literally yelling at an older Spanish gentleman today who was trying to communicate which cigarettes he wanted. Literally shouting at him angry and as if he were dumb, and I was so mad. I heard it from across the store and had to look over to make sure it wasn’t actually the associate being that way… How does she know if he could’ve been deaf, or just simply spoke a different language? Then when she FINALLY found the cigarettes he was pointing directly at as if it was so hard to look, she rudely read the name of the brand and everything very condescending & rude. Another altercation with a women not too long after who walked away upset and said “she’ll just check elsewhere.” Seriously how long has this women been working here unchecked of this behavior?
