Yas was amazing! She was very helpful when recommending options for my upcoming birthday gift. I let her know i was not purchasing today as my boyfriend would buy me it for my birthday but she was not just trying to get the sale out of me, she genuinely just wanted to help!!! Amazing customer service and amazing taste <3

I came to this Coach store while visiting from out of town. I specifically made the trip to get my Coach tag monogrammed. I walked in, was told the monogramming service was free, and then when I said I bought my bag on Poshmark, they refused to do it. It’s frustrating to be turned away for supporting the brand in a smart and sustainable way. I own an authentic Coach bag. I love it. I’m proud to carry it. But instead of being welcomed, I was dismissed over where I purchased it. I didn’t expect to be judged or treated like a second-rate customer just because I didn’t buy my bag directly from the store. Coach should value the people who keep their brand alive across all platforms, not just the ones who pay full price in person.
Really disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

I am never greeted at this location. The employees will look at you and keep chatting. It makes me feel unwelcome and disappointed as a long time coach customer. As others have mentioned it feels like profiling.

Had an excellent experience in store today, SAs were friendly and helpful. Katarina helped me get the bag I came for and did the hot stamp. I was very excited and she humored me with the pictures I wanted to take, and wrapped it all up for me like a present. Very great experience!

I’ve been to this location multiple times and not once have I ever been greeted while entering the store, not even a “hi, how are you” much less a “welcome to Coach.” I have the feeling they profile you and pick and choose who to service based on their likelihood of actually physically purchasing something from their location, the employees will chit chat amongst themselves and continue to ignore you even if you’re standing mere feet away from them. I’m a longtime Coach customer, this is my favorite luxury brand but I always dislike visiting this location and I try to avoid coming unless absolutely necessary due to this experience which is unfortunate and inconvenient considering this is the only full line Coach retailer in the area. I understand this particular location is in a busy mall with a lot of foot traffic and I don’t expect the employees to throw themselves at me but a degree of service and friendliness is expected from a luxury retail brand such as Coach and it should be considered bare minimum when many other non-luxury retailers in the mall are providing the same thing. In addition, while in the store I overheard one of the employees joking and laughing about how she may have messed up the monogramming on a tag she was doing in store but how it was fine because either way it was “final sale” which was grotesquely unprofessional and I do have a sneaking suspicion it may have been the same tag and monogram job mentioned in the one star review directly preceding this. I hope Coach holds their employees to the same standard of quality that they do their products because until something changes I won’t be purchasing from this location.

Great customer service shouldn’t be based on you purchasing something in the store, it should be great either way. Walked in wanting some things I had previously purchased monogrammed. When I explained what I wanted done they said they couldn’t monogram coach outlet tags which is okay but I had other items previously purchased there in store & in store at Dillards. She said she could monogram what I purchased at dillards and in store complementary. I was so excited to customize my items until she gave me back my stuff she monogrammed for me. Why offer a service if they clearly didn’t want to do it. She didn’t even seal the tags & what is shown in the picture. She literally used hand sanitizer over the monogram as soon as she took it off the press. She ruined my $100 wallet and didn’t even feel bad about the tag she also didn’t seal or do correctly. Service shouldn’t be contingent on a sale or not. Previous times I’ve gone in and purchased things they are so friendly and helpful which shows their only helpful pending a sale.

Customer service, integrity, product knowledge and active listening fall far behind on the priorities list for the staff and management at this location. The brand is so poorly represented, that I never want to purchase another coach product again. My visit left me feeling confused and under valued as a long time customer. I called corporate and was assured someone would contact me from the store to address my terrible visit experience, but that never happened of course. I was not surprised at all however.

I visited this coach store in search of some chino-like pants that coach made in a previous collection, they didn't have them, but the staff was incredible and welcoming, they helped me look online and even searched their own database to see if it was any different from the online site, great and competent staff, this is class. Despite me not finding the pants, I was left with a great experience.
