I visited this coach store in search of some chino-like pants that coach made in a previous collection, they didn't have them, but the staff was incredible and welcoming, they helped me look online and even searched their own database to see if it was any different from the online site, great and competent staff, this is class. Despite me not finding the pants, I was left with a great experience.

Great experience with the customer service at this location! Madison C. was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I came in with a couple issues I ran into with online customer service. My bf purchased a $500+ bag and for some reason they wouldn’t offer the monogram service even though it said order over $125. Then it was supposed to be gift wrapped for my birthday and came with a memo by him but no wrapping. Online was unable to help with either but did give me a % off which I appreciated and told me I could go in store for further help.Madison made it really easy & even took it a step further when she realized my bag was less now that it had gone on sale so she made the return for the lesser price so she could service me, & instead of refunding the money I was able to pick out a little extra gift for myself and got the matching coin bag for my purse! (: (I wasn’t supposed to see my gift before my birthday, but had to make sure the order was right since I was running into some issues. It was before the holidays so I’m sure online was hectic, but this made up for everything.) She helped monogram my bag which came out SO CUTE & also answered a concern I had about some stitching. She made sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase. She even wrapped my things with the box and bow which was really extra and we giggled about since I had already seen my gift but she let me have it anyways hahaha.My sister ended up buying a bag while we were there and got hers monogrammed as well! We had some laughs and her personality was so welcoming and warm, it was a great experience and we walked out with all smiles! I’ll make sure to be purchasing more in store next time around. Thank you!!!

I received a men’s wallet last year purchased December 18th but given to be one year ago today. After less then 8 months the stitching came out and I made it to the store today to get a warranty replacement. The staff and manager was very unhelpful. It’s a $150 wallet and for $75 and sending it off for 4-6 weeks they will fix it. No other options. Terrible service and product quality. They offered to be a new item with a 30% discount. I would strongly suggest not buying coach products especially from this store.

The personnel at this location are very helpful and conscientious. I purchased a pillow Tabby and unfortunately, the leather Coach "C" on the front became scratched. I brought it in to have it repaired, fully willing to pay for the repair. The staff kindly processed the repair. I was then emailed by Coach explaining they could not repair the bag . This is very disappointing. This is an emblem on the bag not the bag itself. I have a hard time justifying a purchase or any further purchases at this price point that cannot be repaired. I expect more from Coach.

the workers are garbage and will profile you and follow you if you even look a little "out of the ordinary" like i have more money than the workers in there combined, and they still want to treat you like you will steal. them little ugly girls in there think theyre something but you're working in COACH. not louis vuitton. thats why everyone calls COACH the broke peoples louis vuitton dont even know why i was shopping here. garbage.

i’m majority disappointed, as originally i walked in so excited to purchase my first wallet. the associates were kind and eager to help. but for paying as much as i did for a wallet, which i normally don’t but wanted to treat myself for christmas, i was given the completely wrong wallet! i got home and didn’t open the box until the next day and it’s not even close to the original wallet that i chose and handed to the associate in store. very disappointed and it’s not a close drive for me.

Bags are 5 stars. Sadly, Customer service was sorely lacking. I am making my first Coach purchase in the next 30 days but it will most definitely NOT be in store. 2 associates in the store a d. Either could answer any product questions! (E.g. type of leather, coated/not coated, type of zipper, price) or even be bothered to give me ANY info about the bags! In fact, when I asked the price of a bag I wanted to purchase, I was told that the price was available online. I understand that I can find this out online but I am not shopping online, I am shopping in store! The employee was not happy that he had to exert himself to go online to the Coach website to get me the price of the 2 bags I was trying to narrow down before making a purchase. I had far superior service at the Coach outlet store in Lutz and the bags weren't even full retail price! Something is seriously wrong with this picture. I happened to visit two other competitors to Coach in the same mall and looked into a purchase of their bags and both stores gave me much better service than the service I received today.

A very knowledgeable and patient staff at this location. Phillip was more than patient with me in assisting with selecting a spring-into-summer bag. Adrianna was very helpful in helping me decide on right accessory to match my new bag.I had been buying COACH bags and accessories in New York prior to the frenzy when the general public finally realized the quality of this wonderful product line, and will continue to do so.Thank you Phillip and Adriana for being part of my ongoing COACH experiences!

One of my personal favorite American Designers. Coach always leaves me so happy and so fresh. I really appreciate the staff at International Mall. Its been awhile since I've bough anything new from them and will have to pay a visit really soon. Till then. Take care.
