We have used Coastline for years for a small commercial ice machine we have in our home to help support our charter business. Their service staff is incredibly thorough and does a great job. Their technicians Thomas and Clayton have serviced us over the years and are fantastic to work with, I highly recommend this company.

Now that I see these reviews, I'm not surprised. My ice machine has been down for over 6 months and I keep having to call them to get the warranty work done. Do not get an ice machine they have to service. Pathetic.
