Getting ready for vacation and needed to shut down my G4 properly. My tech support person, Heath, was great in taking the time necessary to walk me through the flushing process. I was nervous with 1 step and he breathed with me so I can get it done. ColDesi's support staff is awesome!

We came across the DTF technology late in 2022 by chance as a screen printer. We needed something full color for a foam trucker hat. We went to Stahl's and purchased their transfers not knowing anything about DTF transfers. After pressing the hats, we were online looking up printers. We came across ColDesi's page and printers. We have used ColDesi before and knew they stood behind their products. Within a week, we ordered their 24H4 printer. Now, 2 years later, we have 3 24H4 and 2 UV-24H4RL printers. That says everything. We made the right choice. I highly recommend ColDesi, these printers and the team behind the scenes. Just be ready for what it takes to print. It is not your desktop printer. There is a lot to it no matter what printer you buy. These printers just make it easier.

Impressive...I got a new mighty hoop and was having trouble getting it added. I put a ticket in late, like after closing so I could be in line early the next day, as I have an order I needed to finish. I was surprised that around 8pm or so. Robert from Col Desi called, and talked me and my daughter through fixing the problem, also have us lots of great info. That team has always been there for me. I certainly did not expect a call back late.
Thank You Robert for taking the time to help us. Also want to thank Michelle for all her help. The whole team is wonderful. THANK YOU GUYS.! AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU ALL.

Tracy walked us through everything from initial interest in an embroidery machine, to types, financing options, sale, shipping, and tracking. We received the machine in only a few days and were able to put it together watching the suggested videos. At one point I got stuck and called for help, and within about an hour, tech support called back and solved the issues, clearly and professionally.
