The food was good but I couldn't enjoy it with several large dogs in the dining area. This establishment obviously doesn't follow the FDA requirement that bans animals in restaurants. These were not service animals but four very large dogs. If I wanted to eat with animals, I would eat in a barn!

The 1905 salad and Cuban combo is my favorite. I highly recommend trying it. Their special salad dressing is the best and they make the salad at the table.I also recommend the mojito pitcher, which they make at the table. Very refreshing and light.Great spot to get the Columbia experience.

We ate outside. Our waiter was great. I got the 1/2 Cuban and soup. The soup was tomato based and delicious. The Cuban was good. I thought it could have used a little more condiment, both mustard and pickles. The virgin mango tango was delicious, and I would love one every day. The salad was incredible.

Such a gem! Visited on a Friday night and was able to snag a table for two without waiting at around 8:30. Ordered two entrees and they were delivered very quickly. I got rice dish with peppers and shrimp and my husband got a quartered chicken with rice-oh, it was so good and authentic home cooking. Our server was Aziz and he was appropriately attentive and charming, didn’t make us feel rushed and he was so nice! We ordered the guava cheesecake for dessert and it was amazing! The atmosphere was lovely open air and the live music was winding down. Overall, it was our best dining experience in Tampa and we even ate at some 5 star aspiring restaurants while we were there for 4 days!

They did a great job creating a somewhat cozy feeling in a glass palace. The service was excellent (polite but personal), the prices were tolerable, the menu included 3 tasty vegetarian tapas, and the Estrella Galicia on draft made this a good choice for a light lunch at the end of the Riverwalk.

Very tasty cheesecake and coffee. We didn't eat, but the dishes were very appetizing, especially the freshly made salads. We will come back here

The allergy menu is a bit confusing to follow if you've got multiple allergies to consider, and honestly, if you have multiple allergies, you're closed off from most of their well-known plates. Waiter kept forgetting or mishearing what our table was asking for, so they got a little miffed about it. The breeze and the music were very nice.Dietary restrictions: You can have soups, salads, and a few other dishes. They have an allergy menu that considers lactose free, gluten free, and tree nut free that you have to ask for. I don't think they make anything to order specifically to be allergy friendly; they just identify which dishes are allergy friendly.Parking: Parking is across the street for around $30 whether it's in the garage or in the lot. Street Parking is around $9 but not as available.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with crayons and high chairs upon request.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a winding wheelchair ramp up to it, but I'm not sure you'd want to do it without having some help getting pushed up since it's so long.

We have always seen this place on our walks on the Riverwalk. We decided to try it and it was nothing to write home about. The bread was good (nice and warm, so the butter can melt). The yellow rice was good minus the couple peas they threw on top. The food, on the other hand, was far from impressive. The chicken parmasan seemed precooked and then attempted to be heated up per order. Nothing seemed fresh about it. The "sauce" on top was just as weird. We'll continue to walk pass on our walks no matter how good the music is.**EDIT: your meal is called (Pollo "Riojana") which based from your description is equivalent to a chicken parm ?
