It was hard to come to terms with losing my sister my best friend. But Compassionate Cremations and Memorials help me to make this as easy as possible. With never having to had navigate something like this in my life. And having no clue what I was doing. To know that someone was there to help and answer all my questions was nice to know I had someone to lean on.

How do you write a review about having to finalize your loved one’s departure from this earth? I will say is if you have to do this, go to Compassionate Cremation. Their kindness and professionalism makes an awful time in your life bearable. From greeting you at the door, making sure every detail is correct and ending with the hugs goodbye, I felt comfortable with both of my parents being cared for as if they were their own.

I am forever grateful for the care and compassion provided by Don and Ron during the most difficult moments of my son's passing. There is no such thing as an easy visit to handle your loved one's remains, but the kindness and extra assurance that Don gave me in personally overseeing every step of the process gave me comfort in my time of grief.

It was very stressful looking for a place to help with planning while my dad's health was declining. Many places werent available to talk after hours, but Ron picked up immediately when I called (very) late one night. Lori worked with us after dad's passing and was a breath of fresh air. I appreciated the transparency with pricing readily available on their website. My family is happy knowing our wishes have been carried out with care and attention.

Great customer service, they were fast and responded quickly with any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral home or cremation. Affordable as well.

Ron, Lori, Don, and team were incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and timely in all their service. I would highly recommend them. There prices are fair and better than some other locations in the area I researched. However, the clarity and kindness of the communication outweighed the cost.

I was mostly in shock when I called for help with my mother’s passing. The clearly explained their process and gave me an estimate with no pressure to proceed. Once I decided to use their services they told me exactly what I needed to do next and what they would be doing. Everyone I spoke with over the following days were so helpful and nice… I highly recommend them.

It's difficult to put into words how grateful I am for the staff at Compassionate. Lori and Ron were incredibly kind but also professional at the same time. I coordinated everything from NYC via phone and email and they talked me through every step of the way. I know my mother was treated with care and consideration during the process that I unfortunately could not be present for. From first getting her released from the ME all the way to her remains arriving in the Northeast, they were exceptional communicators. I know they worked very hard to get everything done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for this service that is so daunting. Thank you.

Compassionate Cremations and Memorials was very helpful with explaining and handling every step of the process, especially with the military honors ceremony at Bushnell. My parents and I really appreciated the extra level of service and timely receiving of documents.

They handled my loved one's passing extremely professionally and compassionately. Extremely prompt in responding to emails and calls. Coordinating the transfer of remains to the burial site in California was seamless. Thank you so much.
