Very nice staff and extremely patient and professional. People were great and overall a good experience. Check in process was quick, front desk very helpful. The front desk was ready and though wait time was hard and computer issues. Everyone was nice and the physical therapy team are awesome, always ready for the patient at the time of the appointment. Submitting preregistration online was very helpful, very quick in and out for a t.b. titer. The location is a little far but the closest for people. Such a BEAUTIFUL Christmas spirit and a smile from staff made the experience great. Recommend the services for people need.

I visited Concentra for a pre-employment medical screening. All of the r staff were very friendly and professional. I was seen at my appointment time. There were several stations since it was a pre-employment visit but the process was efficient with minimal wait times.

Katie and Scott in the physical therapy were great. They did a good job helping me ease the pain I felt from a pulled muscle. The doctors that treated me really seemed to care a lot about how I was doing. Overall good experience.
