Thanks so much to Seiry for helping me out. I came in looking for braiding hair but they dont carry it. But she called to another business to confirm they carried what I was looking for. Even though I didn’t make a purchase here, I do greatly appreciate the assistance that was given.

I went into this location to kill some time and see if it was any supplies I may need for my salon as I was also waiting for the lash supply store to open next door upon entry the cashier Tracy came from behind the counter and followed me from isle to isle there were about three other individuals shopping before I entered who was unbothered, watched or followed I felt so singled out and belittled I literally have an account with this company and shop with them frequently. It was so embarrassing it’s so hurtful for companies to have this type of culture and you can take a wild guess as to the reason I was treated this way…Cosmoprof is this the culture of your company? #cosmoprofculture

Nice clean store, but not always fully stocked. I like to come in & get what I need. The front-end staff seems to be on a frequent turnover. I do wish their sales were on a recurring basis, would be easier to take advantage off.

Great experience at the South Tampa location. I usually shop at the North Dale Mabry store, but my sales associate in So. Tampa was the bomb. Very helpful, explained she uses Olaplex #8 and loves it, so...guess what I bought? Yep, Olaplex #8! AND it didn't disappoint. Store was clean & well stocked. Our "Mommy to Be" provided exceptional customer service. Highly recommend for licensed professionals.

Not friendly staff. I was here 2 months ago for massage lotion. Apparently my account wasn't set up then. The lady didn't ask if I wanted to register. Simply told me I had to have an account with them to purchase here. I'm a licensed massage therapist that has purchased here in the past.Never again.

Really nice location, the ladies who work here are very friendly and helpful. Not a huge nail selection, but enough for me to get by. OPI dipping powders, gelish, cuccio products, etc.
