Cosmo Prof is a store that customers call it a Christmas miracle and they can find what they need. The staff work with smiles and provide excellent service. Customers love the staff and say the service is awesome, never had anyone go above and beyond. The store often has problems getting products on the shelves and sometimes the sales associate has to tell them what is missing. Awhile a week later the product would get in and the store would call the customer, but lately requests do not come in and customers losing money because they can't provide clients with products they have sold for years. Licensed professionals only do business with Cosmo Prof and have been doing business for over 12 years.
Cosmo Prof, if you can go into that store and find what you need, it is a Christmas miracle. 🎄 Whoever makes the decisions on what needs to be put in that store does not do it justice. I found this to be true even in the stores in Florida.

Customer service here is awesome, never had anyone go above and beyond like David from the Carrollwood location. Not only he got what I asked for, but also realized I grabbed the wrong product called me right away, I was able to do a quick U-turn and grab the right product.
