Cosmo Prof, if you can go into that store and find what you need, it is a Christmas miracle. 🎄 Whoever makes the decisions on what needs to be put in that store does not do it justice. I found this to be true even in the stores in Florida.

I love the staff that work at this store and I've always received excellent service. My issue is that they never have everything I need. Cosmo Prof has some problems getting the products on the shelves. I usually tell the sales associate what products I need that they don't have in stock. For awhile, usually a week later they would get it in and call me. Lately, I'm requesting products and they don't come in. I'm losing money because I can't provide my clients with products that I've sold to them for years. What's the problem? Warehouse?

Customer service here is awesome, never had anyone go above and beyond like David from the Carrollwood location. Not only he got what I asked for, but also realized I grabbed the wrong product called me right away, I was able to do a quick U-turn and grab the right product.

Here in Tampa visiting from Miami & I’ve been to the South Dale Mabry Cosmo Prof during my visit & the staff were Amazing. However the staff member at this particular location was extremely rude & lacked the ability to provide exceptional customer service as I believe Cosmo Prof would prefer. The gentleman was abrasive and his behavior spoiled my day. I would not visit again.
