I love Costco but the pharmacy is the worst. A huge step down from Publix. After a price increase in my medication, i had to find a new place to fill my prescription with Good RX. Publix was always a BREEZE. Good Rx discount was automatically applied, when it came time to refill, they would send it to my doctor. Everything about Costco pharmacy feels like they want to do the least work. My first pickup from them felt like I was a bother when asking questions. My Good Rx was never applied and I have to call my doctor to approve the refill because they say “they wont because typically on a controlled substance they are ignored” which is funny because somehow Publix managed with never any issue. I would not pick this as my pharmacy if it wasn’t a matter of cost difference.

Awful **** Denied checkout with groceries Because my wife and daughter were only ones listed on membership which we just set up!!!!! all in the same household **** I spent weeks transferring prescriptions ***** A--holes can go ***.

This week we used Shipt to purchase groceries from Costco. Not sure what they are doing over there, but we paid $80 for 4 Ribeyes (Prime, not my first choice, but I guess the Shipt person opted to gouge me). What I got for $80, looked and tasted like some disgusting lab grown meat. Their steaks are right on point every other time, but this time it was fucking disgusting. And they refused to take them back. Hey guess what Costco.... because you pulled a fast one and are selling possum or some other kind of mystery meat, I'm never buying your outrageously priced shit again. Ha! I win.

They are always busy. Perscription difficulties. Service is not very consistent...somtimes good, and sometimes very bad.

We have been Costco members for a long time but just moved closer to this one. We are here all the time and love the simplicity of the store. You should avoid Saturday and Sunday but I always find what im looking for here and normally at a better price.

This is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with and will consistently be ‘out of stock’ of medication. Do not take the gamble on whether or not they have your medication in stock.

For a Thursday at 11am, this place is a madhouse. The gas took approximately 20mins to get to the pump. Drivers were parked at the pumps all wonky, so other vehicles couldn't pass through. It was so inefficient, which is likely what caused the wait.Inside wasn't much better. Samples were out in full force, which blocks the aisles. Many customers leave their carts in aisles making it hard to weave around. I purchased behind the counter generic Sudafed at the pharmacy, and that was super easy and the cashier/pharmacist was wonderful!Checking out was a hot mess too. At my normal Costco in metro-Atlanta, there is one person helping direct the line at self-checkout - here it was a free for all, lots of "line cutters".Exiting was also a hassle. The sales folk were out in full force. One person selling home upgrades and another with Shaw, they were talking with customers and blocking the majority of the path to exit. This seems like a bit of a hazard in case of an emergency...maybe that's just me.Another difference from "my Costco" is how much carts are left stranded throughout the parking lot and popped up on curbs, instead of returning to the cart corral. While this is 100% lazy and selfish on the customers, I didn't see one person collecting carts while waiting for gas, entering or exiting.

I am a member since they opened in linebaugh n it was dead in the beginning .I had recommended many of my friends to be a member I spoke highly of costco .I love this place but lately customer service is rude . Every cashier are nice except the door people n the customer service ..

I've had a Costco card since right after college. It is always a joy to shop here. You cannot beat the deals. The staff is great and where ever I live in the country, I make sure I find Costco. I'm the girl rocking Costco clothes and sheets and towels and flatware. I'm a Costco girl!
