Excellent customer service. The manager assisted me and was so knowledgeable and helpful. While I already had glasses from a different location, they assisted with an expert fit and advice. Now my glasses are more comfortable and less fatiguing. Will get my next set of glasses here.

Yesterday I visited the Optical department of Costco Westchase to have my prescription glasses adjusted. After a year of multiple attempts to adjust my frames Eduardo nailed it! Thank you Eduardo for taking your time and doing an excellent job.
