Costco Wholesale is a members-only warehouse selling a huge variety of items including bulk groceries, electronics, and more. It is great for finding good products and everything you'd expect, with fun samples. The store is usually busy on weekends with very long gas lines. Service is generally reliable, with courteous, knowledgeable, and polite technicians who can show you how to save money. However, some front-end employees, like certain cashiers, can be a bit rough, not always professional or courteous, and are considered overpaid. The store manager is described as not very likeable and condescending. It can be hard to find certain specific products, requiring customers to walk extensively, and staff are not always able to help locate items. Overall, people are nice and many are glad to be members.

They should have a warning on their site that over 75% of their fuel pumps are out of commission. Food court did not have napkins for diners. Bathroom was a pigsty and toilet paper was not available.
