I came here because Hyundai has some special gig where regular body shops cannot hook your car up to the computer to see what issues it has. I had to have My air ride suspension worked on which cost $4,000 for just one side. While my car was here. Somehow someone broke my head rest. I took it back to the shop to have that fixed and they refused to accept responsibility. Wanting to charge me 1500 to fix this issue. I don't know how it happened but all I know is that when I took my car there my head rest was not broken but when I was driving it home it was.

I went to this dealership after seeing an ad for $281 a month with $5000 down. I came to find out that they advertised one price but changed it when I was physically in the store. This inflated price did not match the MSRP stated on Hyundai's website. The dealer literally told me it was a scam and that everybody does it just to draw customers in. Long story short, this Dealership is engaging in likely illegal false advertising, which I am considering pursuing with an attorney. To make matters worse, the dealer I dealt with was extremely rude and refused to give me the price on a higher model car I was interested in and walked away from me in a very unprofessional fashion when I told him that's his job. I contacted a manager but don't think any action was ever taken. I advise staying away from this place, but unfortunately, all dealerships seem to be shady to some extent. But this one takes the cake.

Interesting …. I’m an hour and a half out from signing the paperwork, with which 2 great team members stayed late to facilitate. Before I arrived home, the check engine light came on, the left side safety camera went out, and there was a periodic wobble/hesitation within the acceleration. While this is a one owner used vehicle, this became strange super quick and because I can see by the amazing reviews here on google, I trust it’s one of those unique and unusual experiences.I imagine this will all be resolved with integrity asap so I can be free to enjoy the safety and security that Courtesy is known for. I look forward to updating these stars to 5+ as that’s what I felt from the staff when I entered.Shout out to the amazing vibe within the faculty, you can feel the good nature and self love within quite a bit of the staff.

Great experience, got a Elantra N-line. I would definitely recommend getting a car here. The sales man - Jarred is great, really listens and helped me out quite a bit with the process. Bruno Jose Santelli was the finance guy who also helped me a lot, he’s honest and direct. Michael Corona is the after market specialist helped me get a tint, great guy. Awesome experience, never thought it would be this easy getting a car.

David Guillaury was awesome! Very helpful, attentive, and walked us through the vehicle we were interested in, in detail. Made our car buying experience fantastic and walked away with a Hyundai Tucson! The gentleman in finance was also very helpful. Overall- wonderful car buying experience start to finish.

I had a very smooth transaction with Rylan. I knew what I wanted and he knew the inventory and options on the cars the dealer had available and bought the car the same day 3.3T G70 sport advanced. Would highly recommend him to you if you are in the market for a new car.

Rick and Ethan are handling my dad's car and warranty issues. They are responsive and efficient. I had some initial issues that didn't involve either of them but they are working hard on resolving the problem. They explained the reason for the miscommunication and have been great. I will update after service is complete.

5/5 stars isn’t enough to justify my satisfaction with this dealership!! I was personally helped by salesman Ruben Maldonado and he was a huge part of my extreme satisfaction with service. Throughout the entire process he was very helpful and insightful when looking at my price range and helping me choose what car I not only liked but one I would be comfortable paying for. As a first time buyer, I was naturally nervous coming into the dealership however working with Ruben, those nerves were calmed very quickly. Working with him, I never once felt pressured or obligated to buy anything which made it feel very comfortable to find a car that filled my wants and needs. He impressively laid out the details of cars above, below, and in my price range to give me a perspective of what price comes with different features but once again, in a helpful way where it wasn’t like him forcing me to buy a car above my price range. Even when the car i had initially came to the dealership for had sold, he reached out and helped work with me to see if they had anything else i was interested in. All in all, even though i referred to him as my salesman, by the time i left Ruben felt more like family then anything, and from experience that is rare to find in a salesman! Even working with the finance team and his manager, everyone at Courtesy Hyundai was more than fair and honest about their pricing. If you go to Courtesy Hyundai for a car…work with Ruben and you’ll truly understand why I’m so ecstatic about my experience!

I live in St. Augustine and wanted to buy a new Genesis GV70. I searched the entire country looking for the car with the color and package I wanted. I found it online at Courtesy and immediately called. I was connected to Ian Salcerio who told me it was "on the truck", and would arrive in about 10 days. A week later Ian called and said it would be there the coming weekend, and would I like to come pick up my car. Of course I said yes and we showed up Saturday. My car did not. We stayed Sunday and it still didn't show up. We stayed Monday, and to my great dismay, it still didn't show up. As you can imagine I was very disappointed. I called and asked to have the deal cancelled. I spoke with Julian Morales who apologized for the entire situation, and asked if I could wait another day or two. He also promised they would deliver it to my home in St. Augustine, and compensate me for the hotel stay. A day later my car arrived at Courtesy, and 1 day later it was sitting in my driveway. I very much appreciated Courtesy standing behind their word. Even though things didn't go as planned, they did their very best to make it right. What more could you ask from a business than to stand behind their words. Thank you Ian, thank you Julian. "Ginny Genesis" is home, she's beautiful, and I love her. I highly recommend Courtesy Hyundai Tampa!

My experience with Mega was amazing. I will definitely be back to purchase my next SUV at Courtesy Hyundai. Mega took the time to explain all the features of the Venue. This vehicle was a gift for daughter’s accomplishments and going on to college. He had the car clean and ready for her with a big bow in front, and he went over all about the SUV with her. Thank you so much to Mega for creating such a pleasant experience and setting an example of what a car purchase should be like.

This review is for service, not sales. The stereotype that dealerships rip you off are true at this Hyundai. They try to, at least, so you're better off if you know a thing or two about cars. I have a 2018 Elantra GT that I decided to bring in for an oil change, tire rotation, and general look-over. I did this because I've always had good experiences at the nearby Kia for my Kia cars.I got a text keeping me updated and it included a list of items that needed "immediate" attention.I want you to really look at the photos I'm including in this review. Some of these "immediate" needs even tell on themselves. For example, a "tune up" was suggested, and if you read the description, it tells you the history of the term "tune up" and even says how modern cars don't need tune ups. You can read for yourself how it says that a modern car needing a "tune up" is actually just in need of repair. I did ask the guy assigned to me what and why a tune up was suggested, and he basically just said "spark plugs." My car has no issues, and definitely doesn't need new spark plugs. My car has around 62K miles and it was recently bought from CarMax where they go through and replace things that need it before selling the car. This dealership wanted to change out my in-cabin filter, which I know for a fact is very new. Oh, I asked for new wipers because while I can do that easily myself, in the past with Kia, it's been cheap enough to just have them do while doing other work. Not here. $100!! And the guy assigned to me told me how he took off money here and there (but it's not reflected in the bill, so it seems very arbitrary to me).If you keep looking through my photos, you'll also see the immediate need for "throttle body service." Again, my car has about 62,000 miles on it and runs with zero issues. I tend to keep my cars for a long time, and never has the need for throttle body service come up. This is literally a money grab for people who know no better and part easily with their money.If you didn't know, cars these days do not need service as often as older cars (like from the 90s and earlier). Cars no longer have carburetors and haven't for quite some time, yet they mention this in one of the immediate-need service suggestions. You shouldn't need to change you oil every 3,000 miles but more like 6,000 miles. You shouldn't need to change out your spark plugs or even your coolant for a long time, if ever. On a positive, the guy assigned to me did set up a free Lyft ride back to the dealership to pick up my car. The positives stop there. I arrive and walk inside to find SO MANY PEOPLE. And most of those people are staff. It was unreal how many employees were working at this place at once and that was just in the spaces I could see! No wonder they need to try and charge you for frivolous services.Meanwhile, with seemingly 100s of employees around, no one was at the parts department. I went to that desk to pick up a paint correction pen I had ordered and a couple was waiting ahead of me. No one was around the desk. Employees kept walking by. Some employees even chatted with each other just several feet away. At one point after waiting for so long, I even approached two male employees chatting, who very briefly looked at me, and KEPT ON CHATTING.So for as long as I have this car, it will not be going back to this dealership. I'll save a lot of money going to a reputable mechanic for general service.

This is our second time buying a car from this dealership. This time around, we want to commend three specific individuals. Nelson in sales is great to work with. He handled the entire deal over the phone and email, getting us the exact car and price we expected. A real hassle-free experience from a true gentleman. Ask for him if you want peace and respect when buying a car. He also speaks Spanish. Derek in finance was very patient with us given our many questions when it came to the numbers. Lastly, the sales manager named Thor (yep, that's his real name) came to see us multiple times to make sure we were happy. He went above and beyond his duties when an issue came up with our trade-in. In our opinion, there is just no reason for us to consider any other Hyundai dealer in the future. These folks are honest and have a great inventory.

We walked into courtesy Hyundai with only the intention of test driving a vehicle and was greeted by our salesman Antonio. He sat down with us, answered all of our questions and brought up the vehicles we were interested in test driving. Antonio was an absolute pleasure to deal with, a very funny nice guy and a veteran which was a plus since we are a military family as well. He made the entire process stress free. Finance was great as well and we were in and out of the dealership quicker than we’d ever been compared to our previous car buy experiences. We left very happy with our new Tuscon and are happy we stopped in. Thanks again!
