Not a great experience and charge a high price. I’m okay with pricing it being high, if the service is great. This is mediocre snd I’m looking for a new service provider. This wasn’t great, but better than some. This could be the best that available since PE has bought dealerships.

I've done thousands of dollars of business with Courtesy Toyota of Brandon these past few months, as I'm rejuvenating a vintage JDM Toyota I've recently acquired. The parts department has great prices through their online parts portal, and they've been very helpful and patient with fielding multiple orders for hard-to-find old and obsolete Toyota parts that are in dwindling supply, as well as been very understanding with returns. The service drive also rose to the occasion of an unusual request when I brought them loose suspension parts that needed servicing, and they did exactly as I requested, with careful consideration of the delicacy and rarity of the parts. Great dealership that I will continue to work with in the future!

I took my car in for its first service. The staff was very polite and explain the process to me fully. They asked if I had any questions when they were done. At the time I brought my vehicle in it was very busy but I didn't feel rushed with any questions or concerns I had.

Disappointed since I bought a car here in 2021 I took my daughter to buy her first car here on September 2025 She pick a car that they had also sold to someone else that day (she ended up with a car that did not have the interior she wanted) we had to do all paper work again and also register the car because the vin number was now wrong and did not match the registration. I had to call the insurance and change the vin number that was now a different car, It was a hassle I had to send proof of the change etc it was a mess. It took us about 8 hours in that dealership that day and we had to come back to finish the paper work 2 other times to get it right!
It gets worse ***
The first paper temp plates expired 30 days later and she had to go back to the dealer to get an extended temp plate because the actual plates have not arrived yet
Today 11/11/25 she’s driving with an expired plate as of 11/7/25 she has not received the actual plates when the dealer registered the car on September 5 or 6 of 2025 the day she bought it.
I had issues with my plates not matching my cars vin # and found out when I got pulled over because the plates didn’t match my car months later the officer did not give me a ticket he gave me a warning and I went back to the dealer to fix the issue. We are humans a mistake can happen but I didn’t think it was an ongoing issue with correct paper work information this dealer has.

My daughter was told today she can come pick up another temp plate no answer as to when will she receive an actual plate. I called the dealership I get put on hold or transferred to other people and my call gets sent to voicemail. (third temp plate)

Said it was going to take an hour or less, it was two hours.
This is our third Rav 4, we have been extremely happy with all three, however our new car has less than 5000 miles on it and the driver seat is fraying on the side, my brother in law has a new car just like ours and his is doing the same thing.
Our service advisor told us there is nothing they can do about it, I disagree, that has never been Toyota’s policy.
Please fix our seat.
It’s just starting to fray and we don’t want it to get any worse. We never had this problem with our other two Rav’s.
Thea replaced our seat with a new one, I’m happy now.

I bought a 2025 Camry SE CPO from them. I have to say that when I compare the experience between Courtesy Toyota of Brandon to others Toyota Dealers like Gettle, Courtesy Toyota is by far 100 times better. They were pretty straight forward with the price and the buying process was smooth.
Now, nothing can be perfect, I will give them a 3.8 Starts, but again, the 5 is because I am comparing dealer to dealer.
I would recommend the dealer to my friends for a car. Of course, you have to do your homework and remember that you are just a number, when the deal is done, you are done.
Overall, it is a good place to buy a car.

I had such an amazing and fast experience! Amare A. was super helpful and really took the time to find something that fit my budget and that I was truly happy with. We purchased an SUV from this dealership in May and it was a great experience! Creighton was amazing sales representative! He is very honest, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. We love our new car and highly recommend this dealership! Though we had some not-so-great experiences with other Toyota dealerships near Orlando, Creighton and the team at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon truly restored our confidence in the brand.

Never have I been more disappointed in a group of individuals. I was up there today (10/30/25) to terminate a service contract. Sat there for over 30 minutes without once being acknowledged by anyone. I have called multiple times to speak with anyone about this issue with no response. When I did finally get a chance to speak with anyone they were very dismissive and curt. When I did provide the necessary information (via email), their response was all in capital letters informing me I sent the wrong information. I will never purchase anything from the Courtesy Group again, and give my opinion to those who are thinking of purchasing from there as well. It has been a week since this review and several calls to the number listed to speak to “someone important” , but obviously it is the patron who is not important or worthy of giving a “courtesy “ call back. They do not use the name of their dealership in any way, shape or form.
