I have had such bad luck with associates at cricket but I never have a problem at this location. Today I went in and spoke to Jay and he got me out of there with everything I needed and more and was absolutely patient and kind. He was very tolerant with my little boy who is 9 and even let him help. Thank you Jay for being one of the young men that we need in the world today. It was a pleasure.
