I've had Crickett service for many years. But, since they were bought out I find the customer service very sketchy. I had auto payment for a long time. For unknowable reason auto payment was canceled and they charged me to get back on it. Now, looking for new carrier. I don't like the politics of the new owner either..(sorry I know that's personal but..I prefer my vendors be ar least somewhat politically neutral)

I don't give this place any stars but even if it's one I have to give it to let me publish this comment since the two shop assistants in this store have terrible attention and a shame they didn't want to call the manager but these shop assistants hide information from customers On top of that, they mistreated me, saying that they were not going to provide me with any service and addressing me incorrectly, shouting, exalting their hands, and even insulted me and my husband, and as if that were not enough, they did not want to remove me from their service because she said that She didn't feel like it and she wasn't going to wait in line for that long. It's a shame that there are people like that, but these two colleagues should not work with the public and if by chance you read this message, I ask you to do your professional work with these girls. one is from Puerto Rico because I heard she said it and she has a piercing on her lip and her hair is painted in colors and the other is a tall white woman half wrapped in flesh her hair is black and she has a tattoo on her arms they are lying to people And they are the most disrespectful people I have ever seen in my life.
