Walked in here last week and there were two women working here. As soon as I walked in I could feel their negative energy. They stared at me I got no welcome greeting and I explained why I was there. I had my receipt in hand and they wouldn’t talk to me unless I provided my id. I was coming from another store so they were expecting me I was just going to pick up. They seemed to not want to keep eye contact and when we was done I said thank you they remained quiet and they didn’t give me my receipt when I walked in for it they wouldn’t look at me or acknowledge me. Why do people like this work in customer service? Why do people act this rude to others whom have done nothing wrong. Just to mention I had switched over from another phone service that I had been with for more than 6 years kind of makes me feel like I should have stayed with my previous phone service provider where I was treated way better and more courteous.

I went there to pay my bill ,and this Puerto Rican fat lady was super rude ,talking back to me and telling me that I didn’t have money cause i was a cricket custumer ,also was talking about how she’s gonna smoke a blunt cause she hated the cricket custumer ,didn’t want to take out my insurance ,cause she was not gonna have nothing negative on her store .this is the worst store is just guetto and I don’t recommend this store to no body ,their employee just will fight back to you like they about to hit you .

I came here today to fix my calls problem. The lady opened my account and asked for $10 to replace the SIM card. I said No this is not my issue Cricket should cover that. I lift the places to the store on bears, the lady there asked for my ID and she said as the account is not under my name she can't help... seems like the policies is applicable only when the costumer says no.

Unfortunately, Cricket has major issues when it comes to bring your own device and hotspot functionality. I specifically chose a plan (the most expensive unlimited plan) to be able to use the hotspot data allotted. My Motorola G Power 2021 was checked with its IMEI by the staff and was deemed compatible. However, if you read the fine print of the terms, Cricket gives a disclaimer BYOD functionality may be limited, such as in the case of hotspot, but I did not realize this when I made the purchase. I later realized BYOD issues with hotspot on Cricket are well documented online. I would have felt better if I got a refund, but Cricket's terms also say no refunds on bill payments. I paid $100 (with activation fees etc) for a plan I used for a month. I realize a lot of this is directed to Cricket corporate, not this independent seller, but I'd like others to be informed on the product they are selling. Otherwise, service here was unremarkable. I recommend chosing another network provider if you need hotspot access while bringing your own phone.

Hello just wanted to say Natalie at the Fletcher location extremely helped me out trying to change my phone to a different phone. She went out of her way to assust me and also called customer svc to help ne. She is a very helpful svc provider.
