Stopped in yesterday to get my daughter 2 pairs for her birthday next week. I was in a hurry as her and my mom were waiting for me to pick them up at the other end of the mall. Jay was my hero yesterday! He understood I wasn't there to browse that I knew what I wanted and he found what pairs for me that were perfect. I was in and out of the store in less than 3 minutes, in a Saturday! He was professional, friendly and moved with purpose! Thank you, Jay for your compassion yesterday! The world needs more people like Jay!! Thank you, Jennifer

The worst brand ever, my daughter just bout a crocs on Sunday and today she fell off her scooter and the crocs was torn apart as if made from cardboard! Took it back to store and the was told I can’t return nor exchange as per policy, what on earth! Clearly a brand that will never stand by its product! It will be my mission to spread awareness about this brand!!!

Flips look good , jewellery attached with flips are extra 7 usd each so if price tag shows 55 usd and there are 10 jewellery attached it will be 55 plus 7*10 tital 125 plus tax but ofcouse you can buy the flip without jewellery

The place is always busy and not enough people helping. All 3 associates were focused on one thing. It really depend what day you go but typically will wait 10/15 min

The store itself is clean and well stocked, the issue is the staff. My cashier, Addison, verbally acknowledged I had grabbed 7 jibbitz for the B5G2 free deal, and only scanned 6 while telling me I was getting the deal. I didn't notice until I was already back home because, unfortunately for me, I trusted the staff. I'm not sure whether it was intentional or not, but I'm sure she would have caught it if she and the other kids weren't as busy flirting with each other

I was today 07/01/2024 at the Crocs store in Citrus Park and received poor treatment from the Salesperson: Addison No. 10121330 who did not allow me to pay with a $100 bill since it was 7:50 pm and she did not have any. $40.89 to give me change and she told me she couldn't afford to pay with a card or come back the next day. I can’t believe the store don’ have $40.89 to return when a customer in front of me had paid with $60 in cash, she literally discriminated against me for hearing me speak Spanish. In the end I had to end up paying with the card since what I was buying was a gift for my son for his birthday. I was not going to allow a Racist to make my son cry because she didn't want to receive me a $100 bill.

I would give 0 if I could. Cheap plastic crocs broke within 2 days of use. Store refused an exchange. I would steer clear and save your money.

Really bad return policy. Got shoes here as a gift. (I know because I was there when we bought them) just asked to get a bigger size. Told me I need to go online for the “style” and that they were too worn. Wore them once, in my house. For like an hour before I decided too small. Now I’m stuck with them?

Horrible experience, my mom buy me crocs for my daughter and my son with special on the 23 , and didn’t fits to my kids. I came back on the 24 ( next day) bring the receipt to have a refund at least a gift card. But they said that the general manager from the store are denied the returns because they need the credit card that’s used for the purchase. Again I told them it was a gift from my mom and with the receipt on hand. And they’re said the same thing . This is stupid also deny the name of the general manager . Because if I am returning and Item with the receipt at least they can give me a credit with a gift card . Let me tell you something , if you guys don’t resolve this issue I will submit a complain corporate and better business bureau. Unfortunately I don’t live in Tampa . I live in Brooksville which a I have to drive 45 min to get to the store . My time , my gas and My poor kid don’t have the one important gift for tomorrow . And I will not drive again , and also my mom will complain true her credit card also . Bad policy agains to the consumer . Ones again thanks for the bad experience this will not happen again I will not buy true the web or this store ever .
