I have access to all the crunches so I decided to come here with my gym bag. I went to the locker room, took out my lock only to find that my lock was too big for the locking mechanism on the locker so I could not lock my items or gym bag away, and since there is no gym bags allowed on the gym floor, I had to leave. Upon leaving I found that getting to my car was a lot more difficult than I anticipated. The door I exited out of I could not get back in and had to walk once again around the building and up the ramp.
I called Crunch and the team member listen to what I had to say and apologize so he was very nice but the whole situation was very frustrating and I wasted about 30 minutes just walking Needless to say, I will never come back to this Crunch again.
Please note , if you plan on locking your items away at this location you must have a regular size master lock, or a luggage lock that can fit in the locking mechanism hole. I have a storage unit lock whic has fit the lockers at all gyms I have been to. Additionally, ask the members at the front desk how to get back to your car once you park in the parking garage. People at the QC building will not let you in.
