The will sign you up for a plan that you do not agree upon. I signed up for a base plan but then have been charged at their highest plan. The trainers continuously harass you to become a trainee under their fitness plan. This organization is very sales and unethical. Stay away from Darrell and Yeilen

Crunch is a scam. I got a “trainer” at crunch last minute, the plan was to do every Monday for ONE MONTH 30min sessions which they were going to charge me $170 something for that one month. I was like ok whatever, I went 2 times with the trainer and stoped going because I seen no value is paying them that and the time I had with the girl wasn’t valuable enough for me. I’m just now adding everything up, they drafted me 7 times which means they took out $588 which means they are drafting me MORE than one month. And they are still trying to take money out?? Crunch is a scam, people there act like they know what they’re doing when they really don’t. They just do it for commission. I’m pissed. Don’t go to crunch there’s better gym out there. And if you’re going to get a trainer GO TO A REAL ONE.

Rude Staff goes by the name “Stephanie”. So it seems they were offering some community service due to the electrical outage because of Hurricane impact which I initially thought was a good cause until I came to the front desk wherein I meet this rude person. Who tricked to sign up for a membership. Another individual person was trying to help me but this person took it to personally to her ego and asked him NOT to help me. Firstly, They don’t honor what they promote on top of that they have people like who are NOT qualified for hospitality business.

Ms. Connie for maintenance does an amazing job keeping the place clean and tidy for my friends and I to accomplish our health and fitness goals. Not just that but she is very kind and pleasant to chat with and always welcomes us at the gym with open arms!
