0 stars not an option here. No words. My friend arrived from NY, dropped her family member off at this location right after, and asked if she could use their restroom. DENIED because she wasn't a member. Really? Even after a thorough explanation of the urgency. The lack of humanity! They also lost an opportunity to gain a new customer.

They really don't deserve any stars. The management and customer service teams are coordinated to extract as much money from you as possible...constantly hassling new members for fees, even while they’re lying on a weight bench. If you decline their overpriced personal training offers (at this day and age?), they all gang up on you and treat you with disrespect. They mislead you about what your membership includes from the very beginning, and if you don’t sign up for upgrades or personal trainer contracts, they turn on you and treat you like an outcast. They behave as though they’re doing you, a 66-year-old with health issues (and ordered by her doctor to workout for health), a favor, when in reality you’re the one paying them. This kind of business managemen and the way its employees treat people is exactly what’s wrong with the world today.

Extremely rude woman dressed in a dinosaur costume onesie behind the front counter.. said she worked there demanded I have my picture taken or she would call the authorities to have me removed from the premises. I will be terminating my subscription.

Worse place worse gym was told that they are the ones who manage themselves don’t go their and was treated like I was a threat to the gym. STAY AWAY.

Worst Customer Service. Recently went to sign up. I.R. didn't want to help. Seemed annoyed with my questions about annual fees and any other additional fees. Attitude was rude but based of other reviews, I should have expected this. He set this example in front of the new hires then laughed it off after being questioned about it.

Very bad experience. I brought a guest, and to get in, they had two options: either to register them or to upgrade my membership category, even though mine is for use of any gym. It seems their sales have dropped, and now they're looking to make money by mistreating their members. I'm leaving for EOS, only 9.99 per month. Bad, bad, bad customer service at this Carrowood Crunch
