Hope you have a personal fan when moving into or out of this storage space because the thermostat is set at a warm 80 degrees when it’s over 90 degrees outside. Also hope you have a personal trash can because there is no where to put a single bag of trash anywhere on the property or I should say there is a dumpster that tenants are not allowed to use.

Great dynamic duo staff and customer service! Facilities are well maintained and staff are very helpful and accommodating with your needs and concerns. Considered leaving for a closer storage location, but the dynamic dou at the front desk, Don and Liam, made me reconsider.

This storage facility really sets the bar high for security and convenience. I love that you need a personal code to enter, and then again for the elevator — it only goes to your floor, which is a huge plus for safety and privacy. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and the covered entry makes moving stuff in or out easy even when it’s pouring. Big shout-out to Don, the absolute best! He’s always friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to help with anything. I recommend Prime Storage and want to thank Mr. Donald for his professionalism, care, and concern for all my storage and moving needs. He kept me on top of the game throughout my 3yr period at the 3935 Cypress location. I personally witnessed Mr. Donald help remove the stress from other renters at prime. My property was always secure and the storage is located in a great area. Thank you Prime team for all your support.
