We will never get a human being on the phone if you call into the CVS pharmacy. You’ll get a voicemail recording and if you’re really lucky they might call you back… But probably not. They are understaffed and efficient and impossible to deal with. Definitely suggest trying another pharmacy because this one’s a nightmare.

This place is useless. 3-4 hours for antibiotics for our sick kid. You can’t even call and talk to anyone to see if the medicine is actually ready. I get scripts filled at another CVS and will be switching to Publix where you can actually talk to a person! SAD

People who work at my CVS are all outstanding. However, CVS has made this pharmacy one that does not answer the phone. You are required to leave and message and wait for a return call. After my third message and no return call, I will be moving all my RX’s to another pharmacy. I don’t believe all CVS’S use this phone system, and if I can find one that does not I will change to that CVS. Otherwise I will change pharmacies all together after I verify they answer their phone. Transferring to another pharmacy will cost me increased deductibles as I am insured with Caremark. But their idea/theory/system is flawed. Because it takes a human to return the call and they do not. So you literally have to go to the pharmacy to get a question answered. BAD SERVICE. I assume whoever came up with the idea expected tbe calls would be returned. But they are ignored.

The pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. You can never get in touch with anyone on the phone. I have gone there on four separate occasions, and there is always a customer upset or frustrated with the lack of help/communication from staff. And even though they always have a full staff, everyone always seems overwhelmed and short tempered with customers. GO TO A DIFFERENT CVS.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. IDK what the deal is with the sheer volume of pharmacy demand, but I feel bad for this part of the store. They are constantly slammed. It's the kind of location that you have to strategize getting in and out of, when to go, etx & the pharmacy closes for about an hour around lunchtime so they can eat and take a break. I think the hours are 12:30-1:30p

You guys need to be careful about billing/scheduling appointments for the service that is requested, and nothing more. I recently visited for a Covid test. All I scheduled online was a covid test. Upon arriving I took the covid test and was asked a handful of questions, and administered O2 & pulse test. I though that was unusual and I even specifically said "I don't need any of the additional testing, I know I'm fine, I just need to have a covid test, as it is a company policy before travel". I thought nothing of the basic tests and went on my way with a negative result. My insurance company just sent me a copy invoice for both a covid test and "Office visit". The office visit portion of the bill totaled $139. I absolutely did not request any additional testing and I believe the administration of the extra, pointless and undesired tests borders on fraudulent practice.

Do not use this pharmacy!! I picked up my prescription on July 22 for 60 pills (30 day supply). When I got home, I opened the bag and realized there were only 30 pills in the bottle. I immediately went back to CVS and spoke to the pharmacy manager. They noticed that all of the safe guards hadn't been followed (the pill count wasn't circled on the order form). She spoke to the pharmacist who says they remember counting 60, so she checked the cameras...except that the placement of the cameras doesn't capture where they actually count the pills. She then said that she'd have to open an investigation, but would call my Doctor for another refill. 30 days and several voicemails later and I haven't heard a word. My doctor said they were never contacted for a refill. So now, I've run out of my prescription, while I already paid for the full 60 and can't even get someone to call me back. I have submitted a complaint through Florida Health Consumer Services.

MEDICATION MISLABELED - I was given two bottles with the same labels but different pills inside. This not only delayed me getting my post-op meds, but COULD have been a very dangerous mistake if I hadn't caught it myself before taking any of them. I had to return to the pharmacy the next day to get them to straighten it out and thpharmacist acted like it was no big deal. Horrible.

I have no clue why this CVS has so many bad reviews. They are always so nice, helpful and get my prescriptions in same day. 10/10

The service is ALWAYS AWFUL! Now they just let every call go to voicemail because they're so "busy" I called 5 separate times to speak to a pharmacist about a medication and was never able to get through. Awful service. Seriously, do better. Rehire everyone. Answer your phones.
