The two associates that assisted me were knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely helpful. I regret not going their names as they deserve Recognition. They assisted with choosing a more reasonable priced over-the-counter prescription and treated me with care.

It's a shame that I like to shop there and the customer service of some workers is so unpleasant.
If you can't work with the public, just don't do it, but know that this is a place to respond to the people who go to buy there.

After 2 miserable years of using this pharmacy, I finally switched to Publix \\u0026 realized not every pharmacy is terrible \\u0026 horribly rude - wish I made the switch sooner. This pharmacy (\\u0026 every CVS one I have used in past) is the worst experience imaginable - terrible, nasty employees who could care less about customer service \\u0026 are always extremely rude, staff lacks any knowledge of anything whatsoever yet they will try to assert their assumptions as facts, \\u0026 they never have my Rx in stock and take days to actually place the order and refuse to give any updates or timelines of when to expect it. Youre better off using literally any other pharmacy

Elizabeth was extremely helpful and kind! I had never been to that CVS before and OMG, it was the business pharmacy I have EVER been too! It has a primarily Hispanic clientele and I’m as white as white can be….but I was treated with as much respect as anyone else who walked in there!! They were so busy and my Rx was sent in not too long before I arrived so I sat and observed the pharmacy staff (I’m a drug rep, btw)….I’ve been to a million pharmacies in my day and I’ve never seen a pharmacy staff work as hard or be as kind to their customers!! Truly a one-of-a-kind, local-pharmacy-feel kind of environment.I wish I could name the entire staff my name but i only dealt with Elizabeth so I can only vouch for her….and she gets an A+ in my book!! Well done ladies!!! ❤️

Never, in 1 million years that I think I would have such a terrible experience here. There was a “gentleman” that treated my family so poorly. He was rude and disrespectful. We were all shocked. My mom simply asked him a question and he blew up on us. With the biggest attitude. He needs to go find another job because clearly customer service isn’t for him. Please stay away especially from him
