Closed the doors at 10:30pm even though sign says 11pm. We got into town and needed a few toiletries. No such luck.

To call for a refill is a joke...8 phone calls and still can't get through to the pharmacy to speak to someone!! Can't order online so now I got to go there in person to refill my daughter's prescription. So sick of automated!! Get your act together with this mess cause it's not convenient at all looking to switch to Walgreens!!

I wouldn't usually write a review for CVS but I am so frustrated that I had to. I went to the drive-thru pharmacy to get a covid test on 7/28 and it is now 8/1 and I still haven't gotten my results. Apparently the nurse on staff marked me as a no show in the system. I called this location about 8 times to try and get this figured out but they have been no help. I have now been on the phone for an hour being transferred back and forth between minute clinics. I have had to miss a whole weeks worth of pay at work so far. The minute clinic is now saying they need to contact the supervisor which will take up to 72 hours!!! 7 DAYS FOR TEST RESULTS. This is outrageous I have lost over 500 dollars at work because of this pharmacy. I am so pissed.

My own CVS has become increasingly difficult with regards to them actually having my medication in stock. I was told this location did indeed have the medication and the quantity I required. I called and the pharmacist was kind and accommodating. I drove and dropped it off and she had it ready the next morning. I may just switch to this pharmacy as it was so easy and the pharmacist was not just kind and accommodating, there was absolutely no inherent bias held against me. She was the kind of pharmacist every single CVS should have. There was a bit of a wait but when they realized mine was supposed to have been filled that morning already, they literally had it filled by the time I drove around, got out, and did some shopping. They went above and beyond. Not many corporate pharmacies do that these days, there’s such a focus on quantity of filled prescriptions over the needs of the patients. This pharmacist is reminiscent of family pharmacies that know your name and family and always have what you need. Highly recommend!

I have never been so pissed off writing a review before but here goes. People who SUCK at their job need to be put on blast. I called this store 5 times (no exaggeration) and was hung up on 5 times. Phone picked up and hung up. You could hear the handset lifted and slammed down. I decided to call the pharmacist and got someone who actually came to work to do the job they were paid for and she took my call and concern. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she promptly transferred me over to this completely indifferent and poor excuse for a manager. This wonderful shining star of the CVS brand manager is named MIGUEL.. He answered the phone combative from the get. I apparently bothered him. Probably was he who was hanging up from the attitude I got from square one. Just answered "CVS". No "how may I help you" no anything remotely managerial. I told him what happened and he immediately said "I highly doubt that". Call your customer a liar? Good look CVS. That's nerve and audacity at its highest level. He then went on " so, what's the problem" to which I answered the issue I just stated was the problem to which he at this point started to try to talk over me causing me to raise my voice. I let him know that I was still the customer and he does not get the privilege of talking aggressively and loudly over. Guess what happened next. Hung up on. CVS PLEASE CONTACT ME. I WANT THE DISTRICT MANAGER OR REGIONAL SUPERVISOR'S CONTACT INFO. IF I DO NOT GET A SATISFACTORY RESPONSE I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER CVS STORE I PROMISE AND WILL PUT CVS ON BLAST EVERY CHANCE I GET AS IM DOING NOW. Poor or nonexistent customer service is intolerable and in a world and climate of so many choices is company suicide. Make this right. Miguel, you need to maybe look for a job in a field not customer centric. Certainly hope you're not getting paid much for your role. Things would have and could have gone in a much more pleasant manor had you done your job in the professional way. The way a manger and local face of a huge brand should. I'm sure you have been trained different than you act and if not, shame on CVS because you all failed on this one. Shout out to the pharmacist for actually being competent and assisting. I hope she gets some recognition.
