Do not go here for passport pictures. They took mine with black in the background and said it was passport passable after I
asked twice. It wasn’t, so I went to get a refund and the manager said there are no refunds on pictures. News flash, after calling everything is satisfaction guaranteed. The workers do not know the policy of the store and were frankly rude. Even the manager was dismissive, I do not recommend this CVS!!!

Had a great shopping experience at CVS on Henderson. Also saved over $20 on my purchases by snagging some notebooks and journals that were 75% off, as well as applying my $10 ExtraCare allowance. The cashier was friendly, and we shared a laugh over how chatty the disembodied, self- service helper was. ?

I go in this store maybe twice a month to use their USAA atm machine. Often I will need to pick up something random. The store has been clean the few times I do stop in. Someone is standing at the door as soon as you walk in directing people to self check out. I use it because I don't want to deal with people in general, but for those who do prefer to have a cashier ring them up, I think this option should be readily available for them. Some people get overwhelmed with self check out, so I see both sides.
The staff has always been friendly to me, and the store is never packed. Parking is also decent. No major complaints. I cannot speak for the pharmacy department.

Just stopping by to give a 5-star review because I see this CVS currently has 2.7 stars and I feel like they're much better than that. This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for decades, and I have only had good experiences with the retail staff, pharmacy staff and MinuteClinic providers. The store has admittedly gotten run down, and more money should maybe be invested to make it top notch again, but it's a good shop. Hang in there, CVS!

The staff was so uneducated on the policies of this company. The Hispanic cashier did not want to help anyone I was trying to use a coupon and as soon as I said that she literally called the manager young boy Juan his name I believe said I couldn’t use this cvs coupon because the item was on sale… it was not on sale he didn’t even try to scan it. He was so dismissive I went to the other Cvs up the street and the professional cashier at the other cvs scanned the coupon and worked just fine. Please retrain these people.

Don’t ever print photos here, complete disaster and I wasn’t alone. Multiple people trying to pick up photos and they either didn’t have them, messed the order up, or their printers were down. This is the second time this has happened, I won’t be printing anything here anymore.
11/9/23 Update - this also has to be the WORST PHARMACY in Tampa. This is the third time this year we have sick kids at home and this pharmacy is incapable of filling a script despite me triple checking with the doctors office that the script was called. I have to literally come in person and stand at the pharmacy window with the doctors office on the phone confirming the script was sent in for this pharmacy to finally “find it” after wasting 1-3 hours of my life. Do not give this pharmacy business.

Impossible to get anyone to help or answer the phone. In the rare occasion they do answer the phone they just hang up on you anyway

Minute clinic closed early and dismissed customers/patients. Pharmacy was extremely slow or understaffed, waited 20 minutes at the pickup line before I even got acknowledged by a pharmacist. It then took another 10 minutes to find my prescription.
