The pharmacy staff seem to be pretty incompetent. There have been several instances where they've shown this over the past few years but tonight was a really awful experience and I hope someone reads this. I was waiting in line with only 1 car ahead of me. I waited 40 minutes for one vehicle to get their prescription. Finally, I was next. The cvs app told me my doctor was contacted and prescription was approved. The pharmacist told me I had no refills and the doctor did not send the prescription in. They failed to follow up with my doctor. You can't call them to ask if it's ready which is very inconvenient. All the while I was waiting the staff inside were smiling and probably cracking jokes while I was in the drive through for nearly an hour. The line behind me had about 5 cars in it and I can't imagine how long they must have waited. This staff is incompetent!!!

Mrs. Aida doesn't feel like doing anything. I asked her about Aroma Coffee, but she couldn't answer. She doesn't know anything about the store. Not everyone can work with customers.

Pharmacy doesn't even answer the phone. You gotta leave a voicemail after you listen to their automated voice system for 10 mins.

I really used to like coming here because it's literally right around the corner, but something terrible has happened within the last three or four years; the quality of service has plummeted at free fall speeds!
My mother was recently having a very difficult time having her asthma medication filled, and after three failed drive-through attempts where she was told that her insurance doesn't cover her medicine, I got involved and was told the very same thing at the counter.
After speaking with her insurance provider and being reassured that they did, indeed still cover her medicine, I returned to the pharmacy counter freshly re-invigorated and dug my heels in until I got some answers.
Turns out everyone I had spoken to at the pharmacy up until that point was completely oblivious to the fact that when a patient mentions a medication by the brand-name, it's common practice for the pharmacist to cross-reference the generic version and offer IT instead.
After all of my footwork I eventually got her refill at a store some miles away since they had no stock at this location.
It's quite scary to think of how incompetent the staff at a place that is supposed to provide life-saving medication can be.

The pharmacy staff at this CVS is always very friendly and helpful. They're quick and efficient and there's never a time when I haven't been treated well. I wish I could say anything close to the same about other CVS' I've visited. Thank you to all the staff who work the pharmacy.

Horrible customer service. Don't bother to call corporate because they don't care. Drive a mile up the road and have better service from competitors.
