Omg the pharmacy does not answer the phone. Now you have to leave a automated message and they call you in 2 to 3 hours if your lucky

Went in at 10:30pm on a Monday looking for allergy medicine, it’s in a locked cabinet so I asked the sales representative in the isle next to it for help her name was Alda she tells me I have to go to the front. So I continue my shopping and when I’m ready to check out Alda happens to be the cashier I ask her for the allergy medicine and even brought the little sticker they have for you to pull off and bring with you. She rolls her eyes and tells me she can’t sell me the allergy medicine because the pharmacy is closed yet they have the travel sized medicine next to checkout (severely over priced $15 for 5 pills ) when I was trying to buy 15 pills for $24. I’m more annoyed that the sales rep Alda Seemed like she was inconvenienced by me than anything else.

If you want to waste time, go here.Staff is very friendly, however, this pharmacy is extremely busy and inefficient. The most recent experience is that I called to confirm prescriptions were ready on Friday. No one answers there and only voicemails can be left. I got no answer so went in person and found that perscriptions still had to be ordered. I ordered them and they said to come back on Monday. I got automated calls advising me to come get the prescriptions on Sunday and yesterday. I called today and again got the voice-mail so I went to the store, waited at the window for 10 munutes before recieving service and was advised that the prescription was not ready. I asked the rep to look again and she insisted only 1 of the 2 perscriptions were ready. All togehter i spent about 3 hours driving back in front,waiting in line, trying to call in and now I still dont have the full perscription. Not worth the time and effort. I will be calling my dr. to change my pharmacy immediately.

The pharmacy turned the phones off. Good luck getting any help. This is one of the worst pharmacies in the area.

The cashier, Jacqueline, was excellent. She greeted me right away and made me feel comfortable. She made sure to assist me and took the time to show me where it was because I was having a little issue finding a product on the floor. She was incredibly nice, lovely, and patient. I'm not sure whether she already does, but her superiors ought to provide praise where praise is due.

Poor service for the pharmacy. What is the purpose of watching us stand at the fill window over 10 mins, just to say you can’t assist us? You could have stated that over 10 mins ago. Disappointed at the lack of care and service at this location. I see the same in this area regarding service, it is missing. Hope your grandparents make it with that lack of care.

Always issues with the self checkout registers, but other than that the store is always clean and they have great deals when using the cvs app.

CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTION! I noticed at home that the pharmacy gave me someone else’s medication!!!! Someone else’s name was on the bag. The name isn’t similar and we have a different d.o.b. I know we are all struggling and short staffed, but this is not like messing up someone’s lunch order. I tried calling the store and when I finally reached the staff, they didn’t even seem concerned. This is a huge mistake- they didn’t even bother to ask if I was okay. Scary!!

I ride a motorcycle an I carry my backpack which has my personals. As I walk to thru the store one of the employees or manager looks me up an down an at my backpack. Not only once but twice, even when I had walked by her again! So I asked her why was she profiling me what did I do. Now because she was Spanish and in America we have a language barrier, in which most people are unable to COMPREHEND the situation. So she said the same thing back to me, " look I am looking at you up an down now how u feel" u see I can do it to." Actually I felt better. Thank you CVS for your thoughtful employees assistance in the English language..

Probably one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever felt with. They hang up on you when you callAnd they’re busy. Sometimes they don’t even answer the phone. I feel like it’s because they mostly deal with Hispanics and we don’t matter. Because any other CVS I go to doesn’t operate like this. I hope I’m wrong but it sure feels that way

I wish there was a way I could leave a negative star. It's 1200 midnight and I'm here to pick up my prescription and pharmacist is not here. Asked the people up front and they say he ran to another store but left this pharmacy wide open with no one watching the meds. Is this legal to have a pharmacy unattended? Wow, so much for 24 hour pharmacy.

This CVS doesn't get enough credit that it should. It's on the corner of a very busy intersection so it gets a lot of traffic. The workers there are wonderful and they keep the store very clean. Never had an issue with an employee. Sometimes the line may get long and you feel like you're waiting a while but it really does go by quick. Armani's is a manager there and he helped me with a refund and did such a great job. I had no receipt but he somehow made it work. This is my neighborhood CVS and i love it!!
