This location needs a lot of improvement with regards to customer service. I used the online scheduling tool for my vaccination appointment, and checked in through the text link. No one in the pharmacy was even aware I was there until I notified them after waiting 15 minutes. They still were not aware that an online appointment check-in occurred and seemed to be frazzled. I ended up being in the store about 40 minutes. I do not recommend this location

Update: Tried again, same issue. Staff and pharmacist struggle with even basic lookups. I found everything I needed in the CVS app, but they couldn’t. Serious communication and system knowledge gaps — not reassuring at all.
Unable to fill script same day - although they close in 5 hours- I was informed the pharmacy was too busy and back logged. Asked me to come back tomorrow. I drove directly to Walgreens and it will be ready in 1.5 hours. I called corporate customer service for assistance. They enter complaints and unable to escalate. .

If I could provide a negative star score that would be appropriate, but one star is the lowest number of stars available. The store is filthy, the employees are rude so don't expect to be greeted or get assistance while shopping, the majority of the employees in the pharmacy are incompetent and lack any customer service skills, and as an FYI-you should always advocate for better cost and service (use GoodRx for discounts because they are too lazy to do the right thing), and they may or may not call you back once you leave a required voicemail. I would highly recommend that you consider using your grocery store pharmacy before you have to deal with the unpleasant experience at CVS.

Pharmacist in charge is rude and lacks people skills. My doctor left a note to fill a specific generic of my prescription, and if it’s not available to not fill it and call me. Instructions were ignored and they filled that generic anyway, didn’t call me and the pharmacist made it out to be my fault when I asked a question about it at pickup. She basically threw the prescription in the bag at me when I asked to check the manufacturer. Had to refuse the medication and call my doctor.
Don’t count on automatic medication refills, you’ll have to call and badger them to do their job.

Pharmacist (with the accent, that not me being racist but so you know EXACTLY who I’m talking about) is rude and unhelpful. Obviously doesn't know what shes doing. If you cant talk to people without an attitude, you should find a new career. Hope she has the day she deserves.
