The pharmacist and team members are always very nice and prompt to return calls but I have one big problem with this store -- I have two regular prescriptions and the price changes about half the time when I pick them up despite no changes in the small amount my insurance kicks in. It's usually only a matter of a few dollars but this time a prescription that's been $9 for years suddenly was $30! At start of year it went up to $14, I was told by CVS the med cost went up. But 3 months later it was back down to $9. But now $30? My insurance company even called on my behalf but no one at CVS can explain to me this sudden steep increase. I don't like these kind of surprises so will have to switch pharmacy.

The new head pharmacist who helped me today was so kind and helpful! He could have just rang my prescription up, had me pay, then leave, but instead he informed me that there are manufacturer coupons available and let me look it up and re-ran my prescription, saving me over $200! It’s nice when the employees care.

When you call to speak to the pharmacy you have to leave a voicemail. You only have a couple of seconds to record a voicemail, it’s not enough time to say your name, dob and describe the issue you are having. How is it possible then to have your problem resolved? This CVS is not near me and for some reason my prescription was sent here and I need to speak to someone about refilling my medication, that I cannot go without taking. However, its impossible to even leave a voicemail. If we are paying fees for our medications, at least make it easier to speak to someone and more accessible.

I moved my mother’s prescription over from Walgreens. She is so much more satisfied with CVS.

I am so glad that I switched my prescriptions to CVS in Target Carrollwood. All of the staff are so pleasant. They always take their time to answer my questions, contact my physician if needed or make changes. A special shout out to Tamer. Whenever I go there, he recognizes me, greets me with a smile and takes his time to answer all of my questions. He makes me feel like it is a small town pharmacy where they really care about me personally.I hope CVS recognizes what wonderful staff they have.

Everytime I go into this location I am always greeted with a smile and in a timely maner. They’ve helped me with pricing when insurance does not cover a prescription needed. I always feel well taken care of.
