The WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had dealing with these incompetent people. They are rude, condescending and outright lie about getting my medicines shipped to me. It took over 30 phone calls to get one med sent to me 15 days late. We are filing a complaint with the Colorado Department of Insurance.

Absolute WORST pharmacy I have EVER seen and dealt with! They literally MAKE me suffer with not being able to deliver my prescription and not even letting me know! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS!

I would never use them if I did not have to I am stuck taking chemotherapy meds for 5 weeks and I have to call in to get my prescription filled every damn week and answer the same stupid questions week after week after week

CVS Specialty Pharmacy plain sucks... Incompetency at all levels of their business... Avoid at all costs.. seriously, at all costs. Worst part is corporate doesn't care... My experience too lengthy to explain here.

Let's see... in just ONE of the many phone calls I've made, I have spoken to Raven Wayne, Latisha, Chris, Hillary, Samantha, Adora and now a Wendy....I was told by Chris that my script that has been shuffled back and forth for 3 months would be overnighted to my doctor's office... 2 days later and now they need to talk to the doctor's office again. I am sitting here holding 2 phones together so they can speak (even though my doctor's office has already written, called, faxed everything they are asking for no. Oh and now it's on to the "Resolution department" - Christina ...and still no resolution

Do not use ! Highly disorganized. You will have to complete the leg work with your insurance company to get claims and approvals. Says it’s owned by CVS but must me outsourced with poor customer service reps. You will constantly have to repeat yourself and your account will stay on collections although you have paid .Use a different pharmacy!

Unfortunately was forced to order from this place with my new insurance... one of the worse experiences ever. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing in this organization, had to give them the same information every time I called. Had to create my profile twice.... horrible experience when you have to have a specialty medication.

They combine my profile with someone up north, i talked to resolution department, they created my other profile, my doctor even send in another prescription. They said everything all set and pharmacist will call me to verify prescription. I was waiting and no more did. I called again and they still can’t find me in the system. I called and Lisa and Katrina hang up on me. I am still not getting anywhere. If i have another choice, cvs pharmacy is not my prefer list. I have been on this meds long time and i miss my meds for this month.

The staff will be polite but will not address any issues! It’s been a year!! A year and I have had the same major ordering problem with no assistance. They just keep blaming someone else and noting the account.

Great pharmacy team!High volume pharmacy with a lot of grumpy customers,the staff deals with them really well,cut these pharmacist and techs a break people.They can only move so fast!Have PATIENTS and quit complaining!

The worst company I’ve ever had to do business with. Unfortunately it’s the only option with my insurance for this medication I need. Each and every time there is a problem with the payment and billing and I end up paying the full amount and later they realize their mistake and send a refund. Spent countless hours trying to get this rectified to no avail, only to have it to do all over again the next time. Customer service doesn’t know what they are doing, obviously not trained properly. Awful awful awful from beginning to end.

Easily the least competent business I have ever had the misfortune of being tied to for my medications. Never have deliveries ready on time, forcing me to change appointment times even though they should know exactly when it's needed as it's an 8 week biologic. Routinely get told false information over the phone and they all sound dead inside no matter who picks up. I legitimately hope everyone at this building is replaced by robots, both because robots would be better at their jobs at that point, and so I and everyone else can yell at the robots without worrying about hurting their feelings.
