I had a very frustrating time trying to order some special Christmas gifts from the photo department but Ariel and a manager whose name I do not remember did their best to make it right. I spent over a month trying to get 3 15oz photo mugs and 8x10 collages printed. First the 15oz mugs on sale were out of stock. I got a phone message that they could substitute an 11oz mug and an email saying my order was ready. I called to clarify and found out they were waiting to hear from me about the size substitution and did not know why I got an email saying my order was ready. I told them I would wait for more 15oz mugs to come in and was told they should arrive later that week. When I called that weekend they said the mugs were not on the truck and they could not decide to order more and they get what they get. However there should be some on the next truck. I decided to wait again and again no mugs. They offered again to sub the 11oz so I could get my gifts in time for Christmas. I asked to pick up the prints now and wait for the mugs. I was able to do that but my order was deleted from their records since they already had printed the photo part of the mugs. When I called the following week to check on the order they couldn't find it because my name was not on the prints they already made for the mugs. I was able to describe it to a manager who assured me I would not be charged for the mugs when they did come in and they would be marked as paid. I received another email saying my order was ready before it was. I finally got a call that my large mugs were in and ready for pickup. I came to get them and saw the box the manager described. Thankfully because again my name was not on them. The extra print I ordered also was not there. Ariel got the mugs down to discover one of them was broken. She apologized and offered to remake it right away. Again my order was deleted so I had to reorder from my account which thankfully had it saved. I noticed the other 2 looked like the printer was running out of ink and one of them was cracked as well. Ariel said maybe the box fell off the shelf and offered to remake all 3. She asked if I had time to wait as she wanted to ensure nobody else touched the order due to all the issues. I went to eat across the street and came back to beautiful mugs and reprinted 8 x 10. Ariel was very helpful and did her best to make a bad situation better as did her manager. I gave 3 stars because the service from whoever else dealt with my order in between did everything wrong but these 2 did everything right. I must add that Ariel helped me fix it while working the photo and checkout counter alone on a busy night and several people I spoke to over the past month said there were new people and people from other stores who did not know what they were doing in the photo department. This seems like a staffing and training issue that needs to be addressed. Please give Ariel a raise and take time to train and support new employees and staff enough people to handle this busy time of year.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!!!!!. How do you have me wait in A 25 minute line to tell me my prescription cost is $536. Because you don’t have my insurance on file and tell me I have to go wait in another line to add my insurance to my account when the medication is supposed to be zero dollars!!! My insurance should be on the account because I come there every month and every month I have to deal with the same BS! Do better!!!!!

Headache for trying to print a simple packing slip. Trying to upcharge for just printing 1 single sheet of paper and a long process just to attempt to print. I would rate 0/5 Google reviews won’t allow me to submit it as a 0/5 stars

If could give this less than 1 star I would. This pharmacy messed up my name 3 times for a call in prescription. The staff said it hadn’t been called in even though it had. I was polite and patient. Even after coming back a third time to tell them that my provider was on the phone waiting to give the prescription A THIRD TIME. Julianna (the one with the fake eyelashes and blonde hair) rolled her eyes, huffed clearly annoyed that I was there again and told me to wait at consultation brushing me off. I’d understand if I were rude or loud. But I wasn’t. I waited my turn. I said please and thank you. Finally someone was able to figure out they took my name down wrong. I will never go to cvs or this particular pharmacy again. People should think twice about using it as well.

I always go drive through to pick up medications. If you go to the drive-through, go on off hours so you don't have to wait. The staff are awesome for sure, but do not go at busy times or you will need to be patient.

I missed out on several days of needed medication, and when I reached out to the pharmacy to find out why my prescription had not been processed, they insisted that it was my mistake, and that I did not sign certain paperwork needed by both my doctor and I. When I reached back out to my doctor, I was informed that said paperwork is only required to be signed by a patient if they are a woman, which I am not. Had the prescription sent over to a different CVS, and it was processed immediately.

I don’t want someone standing over my shoulder telling me how to do their job. You’re the cashier. Not me. Lazy.

Staff is very bothered and put out by customers. The self service check out needs staff help 97% time and staffed register has very long lines. It takes longer to check out than it does to run in and get what you came for, more than 2x' as long. Staff that so called assists you treats you like it's your first time ever being there and will argue rather than have solutions. Pharmacy does not want new customers and pharmacy tech will tell you you should find another place to get you Rx filled. Prepare more at least 2 panhandlers to approach you in parking lot in way to the door .
My complaint is about the pharmacy at South Tampa CVS stores Howard and Swann. I have to get a prescription refilled every 30 days I was living in Saint Pete and always went to the to the CV S at Central Avenue, except when they did not have it in stock and then I had to get It elsewhere or when it's one particular pharmacist. While all the others said wait, you can have it in an hour or come back In an hour, there was one that would always say oh I can't have it for 3 hours or maybe even tomorrow, so that's why I wouldn't get it there then but I'm very consistent and I like having one the place. So when I moved over back to the Tampa Bay side, I had 2 stores commit to me that if I became a regular customer, they would keep it in stock. But then when I came back, one was out of stock and the other 1 was a different pharmacist Tech, who told me that they would support the students at Tampa University and not the local residents. So don't bother coming back by. I am absolutely angry at this. I am paying 5 times the price at an independent pharmacy Who could guarantee me supply. Because CVs is committed to transient part-time 4 year students more than a long-term proven customer not only have I called on CVS, I've been a loyalty member for a long time. Which I've dropped since then Because I refused to go to CVS yet now would like to come back. But I need a commitment, and I need them to remember that customers are profit And they are overhead and commit to having the drug in place for me and at least just even attempt to fill Rx. They wouldn't even attempt before- at least attempt to fill my script.

This is an updated review because the last one that I wrote was very negative. I think I just happen to have come on a day where they were busier than normal because after dealing with my local Walgreens…This CVS is amazing by comparison. They do not take my insurance and I still choose to fill some prescriptions here because my local Walgreens never has them in stock.
