I witnessed a pharmacy worker use the restroom and walked out WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS and proceeded to go back to work! That is beyond disgusting and unsanitary! To make matters worst, she had a bowel movement. I could hear her in the bathroom and watched her walk out. I would NEVER pickup medications at this location! CUSTOMER BEWARE AND BE SAFE DEALING WITH THIS PHARMACY!!!! They can cause you to become even sicker…

This is the absolute worst pharmacy have ever used in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!! Such a waste of time and it is poorly managed!!! You can NOT get a human on the phone… the automated does not give options for what I need. Go through 10 minutes of being on the phone with a robot only to be able to leave a voicemail. Prescription are NEVER ready in the time you are told they would be… I’m currently on day 3 of waiting for medicine that they said would arrive the next day… that was TWO days ago. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes in a line wrapped around the building. You think it will be quicker to go in ?! 😂😂😂😂 NOT! This place is a joke and needs NEW management ASAP!!!!!! Only made this my pharmacy as it is close to my house but geeezzz can’t wait to update that with my doctor. DO NOT GO HERE!

This location is awful especially for the pharmacy. There is always a line of cars around the building for pick up. If you go inside it’s the same. Expect at least a 30 min wait to be helped even though there are 8 people behind the desk working. They allow people to cut the line and serve them before the people who have been waiting for 30 minutes.

Guy at the pharmacy told me to wait a few minutes! I went to ask about my pick up after a couple of minutes and he said I have to wait 30 minutes. Be honest about your timing, it was only 3 medicines and I need them

As a regular customer who gets all our medications through the CVS Pharmacy on MLK, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. I was prescribed a controlled substance, and while my insurance priced it at $100, a GoodRx discount could have reduced it to $30. However, when I tried to apply this discount, I was denied because store policy does not accept discount cards for controlled substances. Additionally, upon reviewing the customer feedback for this location, which averages a mere 2 1/2 stars, it's clear that my negative experience is not an isolated incident but indicative of broader service issues. This inflexible policy and overall poor service are unacceptable and a disservice to the community. As such, I am moving all our prescriptions to a different pharmacy and urge others to consider doing the same. It’s high time that CVS reevaluates its policies and service to truly meet the needs of its customers.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. They either have no one working or just one person each interaction lulu is the tech and she is absolutely rude. Takes her anger for her job out on others. I pray she gets the help she needs

This review is in regards to the pharmacist Lam Nguyen.
I previously went to the CVS on Armenia for my prescriptions for well over a year until the location closed on July 16th of this year.
I didn't think much of it because during the transition the CVS at MLK Blvd filled two of my prescriptions that were transferred with one being out of stock which is understandable.
The problem I'm having now is the pharmacist just decided to refuse any prescriptions from my doctor due to some arbitrary policy that I can't verify anywhere.
Maybe next time just tell patients in advance of any policy you want to make up instead of wasting our time telling us to contact our doctors office for alternative options when you never intended to offer us an option to begin with.

This CVS is so understaffed it’s a joke. I had a COVID-19 test to get done and they took over 35 minutes to see me even WITH an appointment. The pharmacy staff was rude and inconsiderate when I asked them how much longer. Horrible customer service. Phone lines for the pharmacy are not any better. Do not recommend. Shop elsewhere.

The workers there were very nice I went in there looking for a can of corn which they did not have but she did show me some really cool clearance stuff that normally I probably would have paid like $30 for and I ended up paying like $7 for everything I got which was great.

This CVS is not particularly inspiring and may or may not be open during its business hours, but Nick who works there should be paid as much money as humanly possible. He carries the store on his back and is always so friendly to everyone. One of the most proactive employees I’ve witnessed, anywhere. He’s become a household name. Luckiest hire ever on CVS’s part!
