The Chinese lady in the pharmacy is very disrespectful and rude. She has no compassion for us patients. Every month she withholds my meds until she can no longer hold them. It took me a while but I just removed all my medications from cvs. She is miserable, I refuse to be her company. If you’re dealing with cvs at 625 mlk tampa it’s time to vacate.

Horrible pharmacy, the pharmacists make up rules to do whatever they can to not do their jobs properly. Then say they can refuse service for any reason. Can't understand how a company can refuse medication that is prescribed by a doctor.

Terrible prescription refill experience. They won’t ever answer your calls. You sit through 10 minutes of automated questions just to leave a voicemail. And if you are busy and miss the return call you have to keep calling and leaving voicemails until someone calls back at a convenient time.

I asked the pharmacist to help me find a non drowsy allergy medication since I had no glasses and I had dilated pupils. She refused and said look for a green box. Not very good customer service here at all. Turns out, that the green box makes me drowsy. It should have been the blue box.

HUGE thank you to Sammy I truly appreciate the phenomenal customer service she provided me, not only was the store short staffed but she was super polite, willing and wanting to help me which I can’t thank her enough! Customer service these days are pure trash so I am always extremely grateful when I can receive service such as Sammy provided to me 10-10-23 thank you so much!

I love going into my CVS; always greeted with a smile and a happy face! Checkout is quick and I've never had a problem finding what I need. Excellent service all around!

Phone number doesn't go through to pharmacy - no way to contact pharmacist other than depending on them to respond to your voicemail. Awful customer service. Don't use this pharmacy if you may ever have any questions to ask the pharmacy.

To the Pharmacy Manager and Supervisor. Why don't they have there name tags on??? In the pharmacy area?The pharmacy staff are very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patients, who come to them for care. They place medication on hold with out informing patients or giving them other options. They refuse to call other CVS locations to get prescriptions filled for patients.This location NEEDS TO DO BETTER!! with how they handle and care for the people who go to this location with better care and follow through on there customer service skills. Customers shouldn't have to feel like there's no hope, when caring for them, when there already feeling sick. Follow through with your customers and show you care.. (isn't that what your company advertises) DO BETTER! SLACKING MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS PRODUCE AND ALLOW SLACKING EMPLOYEES... PRODUCTIVE MANAGERS.. PRODUCE GREAT EMPLOYEES...Get this place together....

This CVS is my favorite one to attend when I'm in the area. The staff members are friendly and kind, plus they help me find whatever product I'm looking for that day. Specifically, the general managers Samantha and Rebecca are fine young ladies, they've helped me on multiple occasions. I hope more CVS model themselves after this one.

Friendly staff, decent stock of product goods. Energy drink selection could use some new/different energy drinks preferably low caffine drinks like, Aspire and V8 energy.

I’m trying to call for 2 days to pharmacy. I go through 15 mins prompts to be told they busy, leave a message then I’m hung up on. Obviously they don’t care as NO ONE from this stOre or CVS even comments on these reviews. IT’s management at this store, they set standard and do the hiring! CVS needs get involved

They offer photo services everywhere in advertisements and it turns out that you waste your time because they simply tell you that they don't have a camera.
