I purchased a pack of 4/$10 Starbucks gift cards. I used self check out, and there was an error. They printed proof that I paid, but they told me I had to contact Starbucks that they could not refund me even though i paid for the cards and there was proof and they were not activated. I called Starbucks when I got home, and they said they couldn't help me that CVS needed to. There was no sign saying you can not purchase gift cards at self check out, but later, that's what they told me. After the fact. I am not happy about losing $40 over gift cards that I can't use. I want a refund. This is not ok. Something needs to be done. I can't use these giftcards and they CVS has my $40.

I walked in today (Saturday) and immediately felt a bad vibe. Thick tension hung in the air like a White Castle fart. Nobody smiling or friendly. The employees don't greet you they glare at you like you're a criminal. The CVS that was there was totally different. Steer clear of this place for stress free shopping .

That pharmacy was one of the best in Tampa but the staff they currently have is disgusting, they do not respect their customers knowing that without their costomers they are nothing, they should take care of their customers. This call is for the manager of the CVS of Columbus and Mac Dill.

Worst customer service. Unprofessional, she took my situation personal and said she could not provide me my medication for ADHD, when I’ve been properly prescribed for it, and she knows it. No wonder they have such terrible reviews. I would strongly recommend changing the staff at the pharmacy. Specially those are supposed to be in “charge” and aren’t doing their jobs.

Terrible training to their workers you go for a service I close to helping you they treat you as if you were stupid they don't have the slightest delicacy to help you with this I don't generalize that all of them but there are some in particular that really seem to forget that they are there to help I work not only for dolls on the sideboard, you are supposed to go to the store to contribute with purchases or shipments and that generates money for the store but it seems that one is going to ask for something but that is not the case, the money that one spends in each business helps to pay their salaries and generate bad profits for those companies that do not realize what kind of person they hire. I understand that there are difficult times and sometimes we are not in good shape, but if you work with thePublic, that should stay at your house, not take it to your work.

all the reviews are one star and I have to agree. my phone charger broke and I couldn’t get directions home and straight up two WOMEN which makes it even work basically told me there’s nothing they can do to help me. imagine i wound up dead or something the 3 workers working last night are heartless

After 2 miserable years of using this pharmacy, I finally switched to Publix & realized not every pharmacy is terrible & horribly rude - wish I made the switch sooner. This pharmacy (& every CVS one I have used in past) is the worst experience imaginable - terrible, nasty employees who could care less about customer service & are always extremely rude, staff lacks any knowledge of anything whatsoever yet they will try to assert their assumptions as facts, & they never have my Rx in stock and take days to actually place the order and refuse to give any updates or timelines of when to expect it. Youre better off using literally any other pharmacy
