CVS on 8809 New Tampa blvd, in New Tampa FL 33647 is the best CVS to go to. All the salesperson are the best, so are the pharmacist staff. The CVS is clean, neat and the shelves are neatly better stocked.

Terrible customer service whenever I have attempted to go in. David the store manager is rude and not helpful. Pick a different cvs or go to Walgreens

SAMIH customer support has no skills to work with people. No greetings , no answer to my questions. Very sad, I haven’t met anyone at CVS like this person.

CVS wrongly charged my prescription medication with high amount of copay and I had to make multiple calls to my insurance and cvs to get it resolved. This wasted so much of my time and I will never again go to cvs pharmacy. Sorry to say this.

CVS corporate should either shut this location down or replace the customer-facing pharmacy staff. This location hurts the CVS brand (2.9 stars on Google speaks to this). The antiquated phone system at the drive thru window is a joke. You cannot hear the rude staff due to traffic noise and they refuse to come to the window to look at you face-to-face. There are too many other options to deal with the rude, inept staff at CVS.

Save yourself the time IT’S ANOTHER PHARMACY A COUPLE MINUTES AWAY!! With competent pharmacists with pleasant attitudes because they know how to do their job, the line is ridiculous to say when to pull up your medication will be wrong after waiting over an hour in the drive through, save yourself the time from having to come back because your medication was miscounted and you have to return pills!!! If you urgently need your medication I would advise to keep riding on down the road!!!!! Oh and pray you’re informed your medication is not in stock after a week of waiting

One person working the entire front store on 4/13 1148am… she was nice but was helping people in self check out and in line and in photo… need to hire more people…

The employees/managers at this CVS have been phenomenal. I had an order of 150 photo magnets for a funeral service this weekend and they ran out of magnets. The employees were empathetic toward our loss and worked hard to get us the rest of the magnets made in time for the service. They even sent someone to the Gandy location to pick up more magnets for us. We are extremely grateful for their friendliness and customer service. This type of service is unheard of these days. God bless you all!

Possibly the worst pharmacy I've tried to get medication from. Blatantly insulted 2 different customers ahead of me using racist terminology, if i didn't need my meds I would have left without it.

Every single time I try to pick up my birth control there is always an issue of not having supply from the "manufacturer". This however is never the case. The prescription is still actively being made and they do carry it in the pharmacy. However due to their "system" they never recognize it and tell me a list of excuses saying "it is on backorder", "the shipment has been delayed", "it is not in stock" "it will not be coming back in stock" when in reality they have it the whole time. CVS has some major issues in their system not only with how their internal system works but also with their phone service making it impossible to speak to a pharmacist until called back if they ever hear you voicemail. In addition when a prescription is called in from my doctor they still "don't have it in their system" for days after it has already been called in. The only person who has ever been helpful is Mohammed.
