The pharmacy staff are the best you will find anywhere

I love how the staff couldn't care less. COVID 19 concerns? Punch in your phone numbers, the staff can't be bothered to do it for you on their computer. Bathrooms close before the store closes, "she just cleaned the restrooms". "I can smell the bleach from here, do you smell it"? Like I said, top marks. Won't be back. Zero stars. Had to give them one to submit this.

Typical CVS and nothing really to write home about. I visited to grab a few things before heading back to my hotel. The shelves were stoked well. This location is on a busy street with lots of things around. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Great customer service that always says hello when you walk in the door! The location was clean and had a good selection at reasonable prices. The line was quick and the checkout was great. The only negative was the insanely long receipt! I could weave a basket with it, it was crazy long.

If I could give half a star I would. I’m going to give some important bullet points.

If I could give half a star I would. I'm going to give some important bullet points. Understaffed - actually at times 1 pharmacist to help you. After you hold at times 10 plus minutes. Understocked on meds - I have waited 12 days for a medication that still hasn't arrived. My doctor is actually changing the medication hoping the new med will be easier to order. No communication at all by pharmacy. If you don't stay on top of the situation they won't contact you. Also, I take a med 4 times a day. They were out. Without this med you can have seizures and end up in the E.R.. Being that I had never filled it there they couldn't call the other stores in the area to try and locate the med. They just said " it will be here in 4 days." Unknowledgeable staff - I take a medication that is extremely expensive. It has to be taken DAILY! I have a coupon from the manufacture which makes it free. They were clueless over the coupon. I had to miss a dose and go the next day when they figured out the coupon and how to apply it. In closing its truly a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. I'm not one to write reviews. I just want to help others out there. Avoid this place at all cost. Paul

My experience with this CVS has been the worst! I keep refraining from leaving a negative review but I'm over it. Unfortunately we have had to use CVS bc of our insurance (UHC) otherwise I would definitely go back to Walgreens. You would think due to this location that the staff and store would be up to par, but the pharmacy never has anything in stock, the pharmacy staff are not knowledgeable about the medications or procedures, have no incentive and take no initiative. Absolutely poor customer service. Unfortunately with big companies as CVS there isn't much the consumer can do.

Horrible service. Waited 4 hours for a simple vial of medicine which requires no reconstitution or preparation. Ultimately got my prescription back and went elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

Terrible service at the pharmacy. I was purchasing vitamins and had a few questions about my selections. I walked up to the pharmacy counter and there was a woman standing behind the counter in front of me at the computer. She did not greet me, ask if she could help, or say anything for that matter. I stood there for 5 mins. Until another girl finally walked up and asked me how she could help. But before that, it was clear I was standing there first but she preceded to ask another customer what they needed first before she walked over to me. I asked her my question only for her to tell me she did not know and called someone else. The lady came over and instead of giving me a straight answer she tells me the information from the bottles (which clearly I already read) and says "yea that's it" and walks away. I do not recommend visiting this particular location. Service was awful people in the pharmacy are just standing around and act as if you are bothering them.

Very rude pharmacy employees. I cringe at the thought of having to use this pharmacy but unfortunately its the closest one.

Initially I was not impressed until I met the lady pharmacist, and her assistant. Their names ( I believe)are Nonda and Wendy. The service at the drive up was exemplary that afternoon. The pharmacist took time to make sure I understood the combined effects of the medicines I am prescribed. I was very impressed after this visit.

This has been so far the worst costumer service I have experienced! The pharmacist, Mielad Moosapanah threatened calling the cops because I was "transpassing HIS building" and he also DELETED my prescription ( which was not his to begin with).

Brought my wife's prescription in, they did not have it in stock. Told us they could not call other stores to find it, we would have to drive to each one. We explained we are from out of town, they didn't care. Went to Wal-greens and they did not have in stock, but found it for us. Night and day difference. Way to be less than helpful to your customers CVS! We'll be changing drug stores when we return to South Carolina!
