Today 07/05/25 around 3 p.m cashier at front was supposed to help customers who uses check out machine....she was nothing but rude and loud !!...she should not be at the front if you want customers to come back .

Horrible staff, especially the blonde girl today at the register. She kept telling customers in line to go to the self checkout when many of us did not need self checkout we needed help with other items that required a human.
She was dealing with a customer for a long time and eventually when the customer left she turned to her coworker and gave an eye roll and then when I approached next in line she turned her head away and did not engage me. When I said hi to her and told her I needed a document she just said “ it’s down… so yeah” then just said try another cvs and poked her hand out to give me her receipt instead of asking for it

Had a pretty frustrating experience at CVS this morning. I was just trying to buy two gift cards and asked to pay for them separately, and the woman helping me acted super impatient and rude about it. I was being polite and even smiled to keep things friendly, but she treated me like I was a bother. Not cool at all. I really expected better customer service.This kind of customer service is UNACCEPTABLE and left me feeling disrespected. I hope CVS provides better training on how to treat customers with basic courtesy.

Kristy that works there is crazy she thinks customers stealing! She came to my daughter and ask her what is in her pocket she had a lipliner from Sephora.. she didn’t even apologized very rude and unprofessional she needs to learn customer service first! Not recommended dealing with such customer service issues. CVS hire nice people please

Every time I my diabetic medication is due, there is always a problem! Either they don’t have it in stock, or they’re need a refill order, or they need a pre authorization from the doctor. How about do these things BEFORE my insulin runs out! I’m going to switch pharmacies because it’s always something and to you everything off the staff never shows any concern! I asked the pharmacist tonight if she could give me an emergency one since I haven’t had my medication in 2 weeks and I’m not feeling well, and her response was we’ll charge you $1200 for the entire box. I hate this place, and the only reason I use them is because they’re down the street from my house. But I can’t deal with this any longer, I’m going to switch. I guess it’ll take someone to die before they start to care. I left the pharmacy tonight and had to pull over to cry out of frustration from dealing with these people. I need my freaking meds!

This place is terrible, the staff make me feel sick, I just came to get my medicine today after having my tooth pulled, I was told to wait a while at the beginning, but I waited for 15 minutes at the drive thru, and they were racist, the end result was that I needed to wait for an hour because there were too many people in front of me, and I now have a very painful tooth. It's just a bottle of painkillers, and he talked to me for an hour! This is crazy! It's rubbish!My first bad review is for you.
