This pharmacy has been my favorite CVS by far! I came in ten minutes before close after leaving urgent care and they managed to get all my medications ready for me. I felt really bad and offered to come back the next day but they insisted on having me leave with my medicine. Thanks for the help♥️

CVS has been our go-to pharmacy for purchasing medications and getting the required vaccines, including the COVID-19 vaccine, from their MinuteClinic.The staff at CVS has always been exceptionally helpful and provided excellent customer care. We have never encountered any problems with them. The store location is always clean and well-maintained. The markers on the aisles have been very helpful in finding the medications we need

I don't want to give bad review because pharmacist Monica is always professional, nice and helpful. However , another pharmacist Sejal has terrible attitude. My doctor prescribed 5 ml eye drop, CVS filled with 2 two of 2.5ml which cost $40 more out of my pocket. They made mistake and wasted of my time but she gave me a dirty look. I know that errors happened, But how hard is it just to apologize even you don't mean it, at least pretend to be polite! BTW, when Sejal gives shot, it is really painful compare to other providers.

My husband had an appointment with the minute clinic that went fine. However a medication that he got prescribed required a prior authorization in order to have it filled. I attempted to speak with someone at the minute clinic to discuss this, however I got a front of store clerk instead. The front end staff customer service is absolute garbage! The clerk did not understand what I was trying to explain and when I did try explaining further he transferred me to a manager while I was still speaking. The manager did not Identify himself I had to ask if I was speaking to a manager to know. I informed him how rude and unprofessional the clerk was and he did not respond at all. The manager then tried to tell me that my husband would have to walk in and have another appointment in order to get more information because 'they don't have a phone back there.' I explained this location is an hour away from our home, - where my husband had already arrived - and that he had already had an appointment but he needed to speak with the physician to get an authorization. The manager did not respond. I then asked how he would recommend I proceed and responded with "I don't know". There has been no resolution at this point.

Came to the minute clinic for an online-scheduled consultation, my appointment didn't appear in their system despite being correct on my end. Instead of working through it, the nurse began to point out every visit I had previously canceled. I don't believe there was any benefit in doing so. Additionally, they told me that the service I scheduled isn't one that they offer or could provide. Which is either not true or something that the site should update. I understand it can be annoying for workers when people change their appointments but it isn't kind to take it out on the patient who could be going through anything. Getting medical care can be a sensitive thing for people and hard to do, so please don't come here if you have any kind of medical anxiety.

Terrible customer service had a bag bust and a 2 liter of soda fall and bounce up and exploded soaked my car, my clothes and shoes asked if they would replace it the said it was not there problem because I walked outside the store so next time a bag bust hopefully it will be in the store so the can replace it

They lie about their names to customers via telephone and anytime they do something incorrect they blame it on their "interns", yet their "interns" happen to have the same exact voice, name and working hours. Be professional or choose a different profession.

I'm convinced this is where you send prescriptions if you want to wait for hours for a refill pickup, the order to be incorrect, or to have multiple accounts where no one can find you in the system. If you try the drive-thru, be prepared to have snacks, maybe a blanket and movie on hand for the kids in the car, and commit about 3 hours of your life to waiting that you will never get back.On a bright note, there is a delightful older woman that works in the store and is very helpful.If you have another option for a pharmacy that has a drive-thru, I'd use this one as a last resort. Otherwise, commit to waiting in purgatory.

Avoid placing an online order and pickup from this store. They will manually expire your order in a couple days and then ask you to call 1-800 number. The managers are not helpful either.
