The head pharmaceutical rep is a nasty lady with no empathy for human health issues. She's absolutely not a person with care and concern. Stay away as she turns people away and tells them to go to their neighborhood cvs...which that was.

CVS has a broad range of health, beauty and home products. Their store is clean and products are well displayed in identifying aisles. The store in Westchase has a Minute Clinic next to their pharmacy offering vaccinations like Flu, Covid, Shingles etc,I particularly like their self checkout which applies my current rewards to my purchase saving me money.Suzanne

Unresponsive staff. Arrived early, had to wait 90 minutes to be seen. Triage is necessary for "true emergencies." Told to go to ER. Corporate feel. Other minutes clinics have shown more compassion to truly injured or ill patience. The pharmacy was all professional. The minute clinic need attentive staff to check on patients.

The manager Stephanie is very rude here. She is unpleasant and difficult work with. She is about 5’6 with blond hair. I would avoid her at all cost. I’m calling corporate to file a complaint on her today.

Worst pharmacy ever. Shawna, I mean "Dr" Acosta was short, rude, and condescending as I was trying to ask a question about a prescription the pharmacy parked "in process", never contacted me. She barked "If you would stop talking over me", it was a brief overlap common on a call. She shouldn't be allowed any customer interaction. Said couldn't fill the script because it didn't state the dosage frequency - never mind the dosage is in the name of the drug.

CVS has its issues like any mega- business is inclined. My wife and I got our updated COVID 19 booster, RSV, pneumonia, and Flu vaccines. The pharmacist was fantastic. She is intelligent, empathetic, very humorous, and efficient. This particular CVS is very busy but we were given personal, unrushed, health care with all the respect and care possible. Great group of professionals, particularly this pharmacist.

Sat in line at the drive through for 40 minutes and the system went down they took that long to figure that out, tje line inside was long and waited another hour to get my child’s medicine. My family, friends and I will go to Walgreens or Publix from now on. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!

I have never been treated this bad in this country, period. I wish I could record a video about the way they have respond to my questions or everything else, I will never come back here.

Can't believe the whole pharmacy shuts down for lunch. It's at 1:49 p.m. on a Friday.

The Health hub has been a wonderful addition to our CVS location in Everett Washington. From getting vaccinations and boosters to having a home sleep study kit ordered and sent to us, the staff have been outstanding and has made a huge difference in the health of my family. It is easy to schedule an appointment and the breadth of services is amazing. We are at CVS regularly for prescriptions, supplements and skin care and top quality hair products, not to mention an array of non medication pain relief like pain cream (blue stop) and pain patches. This makes the health hub even more convenient. We are grateful to have access to this service.

Waited in car line for 30 minutes for prescription. One person servicing drive up window & counter. Go to Costco or Publix for better service.

Never answer their phones, never have medication in stock and the staff are extremely rude.
