I like the CVS located at N Dale Mabry Hwy. Good customer service. The staff greet you as you walk in and ask if help is need it. In the pharmacy dept, good service and professional.

Well, when I went to buy the medications, it was wonderful, the treatment was excellent, Nancy helped me talk to me about the points that one accumulates, which no CVS had told me about because they are not there to do it, but nevertheless this colleague Nancy explained to me well, even about There are vaccines that you can get, thank you because there are more people like you there, that's why my 5 stars, greetings

Why can’t I speak with a pharmacist over the phone? I can’t even get a price over the phone? I don’t want to chat about the weather. I’d just like a price please. Come on. Publix has much better customer service.

I agree with people that the wait time is often very long and it is very difficult to get someone on the phone however if you actually go inside and witness how busy they ALL are & how short staffed they appear to be, you would see why there is a wait. In my opinion Corporate needs to hire more people so they can schedule more people to work. The staff has always been very kind & professional to me. Call their corporate office and tell them they should quit being soooo cheap and hire more help!! That isnt the staff's fault.

Just got into town, & needed to pick up toothpaste. We had the best experience with Stefano's assistance! He was engaging, taking an interest in our visit. He made several restaurant recommendations that we can't wait to explore. Kudos, CVS; you've got an excellent employee in Stefano!

I shop here at least 4 times a week. There open 7 to 12 on most days. The self check out stream lines the whole process. Wich makes everything so convenient & if you have any trouble the staff is friendly. Specially if Lilian is working! She is with out a doubt the nicest CVS employe ive ever meet.

CVS are one of my favorite places because you walk in and you can find everything quickly, from a shampoo that I ran out of to Pampers and formulas for my baby. When you don't have another store nearby, look for a CVS and you'll find what you're looking for and luckily there is on all sides.

I am so over CVS. Tried to get Covid Booster and flu shot. Their website doesn't take appointments, says walk-in only, their store signs say they welcome walk ins but yet you can't walk in and get vaccinations and their website doesn't take appointments. Which is it CVS???? Moving on to another company.

My experience with this store lately has been bad. They have dropped the ball on my RX’s, you can’t get through to talk to anyone and the male pharmacist had the nerves to tell me to calm down and sit down. First off, that’s not how you talk to a lady, secondly communicate effective with your patients instead of having them talk to a voicemail or talking to them disrespectfully.Thank God for the female pharmacist, as she was able to help me.Transferring all meds to another CVs
