My favorite CVS out of all the other locations I’ve ever been to! Let me tell you some facts with zero exaggerations, the customer service is extreme satisfactory!! Every single time I walk in I feel at home. I want to give huge compliments to Sabrina & James the night shift manager for all of their efforts and customer service ability! Both of them go way above and beyond for the customer’s and the store itself! Sabrina & James' most definitely set perfect examples of what a true customer service experience should be like! I would hope both of these amazing and outstanding employees get a BIG RAISE AND LOTS OF RECOGNITION for all they do! 10/10 💯❤️

The pharmacy line in the drive through is so slow. It's so slow you can run out of gas. They need more people helping out in drive through. They also is a high turn around in the driver through line. How can you build a relationship when the drive through and other workers is always someone new.

I purchased a product a spray product that did not spray correctly so I immediately walked back in to exchange it for the exact same product with the receipt on my phone and it took me 45 minutes because not one staff member understood what I was trying to do That’s not ok you should have bilingual employees respectfully to be able to help anybody that comes in there that has an issue

I live down the street from this CVS and I have to go on certain days at night to get english speaking employees. The Latinos and Mexicans steal all day everyday and the employees and management know this and do nothing about it. This store was good until it turned into a Ymas. You can't use the bathroom because they drink beer in the bathroom I found that out from employees. Every one comes in there with big bags and with alot of people so that's how they steal because I have seen it first hand. Pharmacy is awful and everything is locked up. They look at me crazy because I'm black and I'm like snitch I'm not the one stealing. Ownership will do nothing about any of this

Does this store only speak Spanish????? I called woth a very ugent issue and needed assistance and well being that I only speak ENGLISH i tried to get help regarding my issue and the lady literally hung up on me because she didnt understand ENGLISH...usually I try to be understanding of all situations but this is completely and utterly ridiculous to say the least..I get it you all eant to accommodate the Hispanic community in the area but how is is fair to someone like me who speaks english who called and get hung up on because they couldn't understand me? Management needs to look into this for sure because this isnt right at all

I had my RX transferred from another CVS to this one because it's closer. When I came to the drive thru, I learned that the transfer hadn't happen but he would ask for the request.....Marcus was very polite, efficient and got my RX filled in 10 minutes instead of having me drive wayyy to the other location. Outstanding customer service Marcus! We truly appreciate it🙏🙏🙏

Went there for the bathroom coz it’s the only real store that is open around 5am. Unfortunately couldn’t use the female bathroom coz said it was dirty so suggested to go to the male bathroom. I had to walked out coz if you’re a woman you will know what’s the difference between sitting in the toilet if your using it and standing in the toilet if you’re not female. I guess people should considerate between women using the bathroom in the sitting position unlike men.
Frustrated.

CVS closing are common place now in Tampa. The unkempt store with unfriendly staff and tech issues are a key reason. A recent example was when there was only one cashier a long line a broke self-checkout counter. After several minutes finally another associate came out, talking on the phone and not acknowledging any of the customers who were growing impatient. He did not make eye contact or anything, he fixed the one working self checkout, continued his in Spanish phone conversation and walked away. This is not who you should treat people to earn their business.

They are honest people there if they think you could get something cheaper somewhere else they will tell you and of course they mostly have everything in stock anyways at a good price

Jennifer in the pharmacy department is awful. She was extremely rude and seemed very put off. She snapped multiple times when I would ask questions and was unwilling to be helpful whatsoever! She was so unprofessional and I am hoping that my message here reaches someone that is able to speak with her about her customer service so no one else is ever treated how I was.

It's a good store but the system with coupons is confusing. You may buy the same product in Wallmart or some other stores much cheaper without any coupons.
