I will write this in english and in spanish because apprently your staff Sophia does not understand when i called and just asked for the mangers name, she transferred me (guess she doesnt know her bosses name) to number she knew no one was going to pick up. I called multiple times trying to call back but she kept hanging up the call. I was trying to her in spanish because she clearly did not understand what i sad in english. Im not the type to do this but it really just pissed me off. If you dont understand tell me that i speak spanish too .
No entiendo porque la empleada Sophia cuando llame preguntando el nombre del jerente de esta tienda y ella no me sabia decier cuando le pregunte en ingles. Despues que me manda a otra linea no contestan y volve a llamar y ella me corgaba sin contestar y yo se que tienen collar ID porque yo trabajado para CVS y no me pueden decir que lo que ella hacia no lo hacia a proposito.

It was my first time at this location. I was having some trouble with the self checkout and using coupons. Both Kiela and Sofia were attentive, patient, and helpful. A stressful shopping experience was made easy thanks to them.

Pharmacy shorted 2 pills on an antibiotic, would not trust them with your meds.

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. I have issues with my prescription every single time I have tried to order here. The staff are always rude and refuse to help in any way. I have regularly missed my medications and there is no urgency.

My experience in this place it was really bad
Even the lady at self checkout or pharmacy
I was just trying to get some vaccines and it was imposible 'cause the lady had to leave it was just one lady at the pharmacy so nice but the rest it was ridiculous

Pharmacy never picks up the phone, and has poor customer service. They always give me trouble with my medications. There are other better CVS pharmacy’s around in the area just stay away from this one.

my LASIK rep called in a simple valium prescription and the pharmacist stated they received no voicemails (sent Oct 23rd) and were also unwilling to take phone calls from the representative or check voicemails mid-day. what is the point of a pharmacy when you cant get medication……

I have been a CVS costumer for some time now, I do enjoy their discounts and offers and items they sale in their stores. Thank you so much for also having a well trained customer service staff. They always helpfull and friendly. 🌟😌👌🌟
