Recently the Winn Dixie pharmacy shut down and I transferred my scripts to this CVS. What a pleasant surprise! Very nice place, everyone is so helpful. It's a convenient location. Also, I signed up for the ExtraCare card and get all kinds of coupons, and I have been using them and saving money. I like this little store, it's neighborhood friendly, and even has a photo shop!

Needed toiletries while on vacation. Hours posted at the door said open until 11pm. Doors were closed at 10:30. Thanks CVS

The worst of the worst when it comes to customer service.

Literally the worst cvs I've ever been to. And I've been to a lot. They use the drop off drive through as a pick up and allow people to skip lines. I waited in line for 30 minutes to pick up a prescription just to be cut In line by someone. I asked the employee about it and she told me to deal with it. I don't recommend coming here.

This CVS is small, not the largest selection, but has the essentials. Not my favorite location, but when in a pinch this is easy. Management has always been friendly here, they honor coupons as well as match online promotions. The actual pharmacy is really no different than other locations, it's a CVS, just older. They had a messed up carpet for a couple of years and the lighting had to be replaced, but I don't shop here often and when I do it's for one or two items. Is this going to be a relaxing shopping experience? Nope, but it serves its purpose. Employees at CVS in general are professional, never had an issue, can't say the same for Walgreens.

Even if you live right by this CVS do not send your prescription here. I've gone at 11 am and have sat and waited forever. There is never a good time to get prescriptions. You're better off going anywhere, but here.

The customer service here at the pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. For the record I never write reviews but I feel it's necessary. I went to check in on my prescription 5 times in a day and each time they told me it would be another hour and when I tried to politely speak with the pharmacist she cut me off while I was talking to say " you need to be patient." (attitude included) I've been working in customer service my whole life and this is not how you talk to people. I will be switching to another pharmacy all together after the amount of stress and wasted time they've left me with. Clearly the people in charge of this pharmacy don't care about the customers that come here. They have one job to do and that is to fill a prescription and provide premium customer service. That is not the case here! I'm typically a very understanding and patient person but this truly infuriated me.

This is the absolute WORST CVS pharmacy location imaginable. I live in The Heights, so I have my prescriptions called in there because it's closest. Every single time, without fail, somehow they mysteriously "never receive my prescription". I suppose my doctor is just lying about sending in my medication every time?? My doctor specifically tells me they left a voicemail with my prescription information and every time I go to pick it up.... "they have nothing for me." Maybe it's their phone lines? Maybe it's their incompetence. I should feel bad for leaving this awful of a comment, but I don't because every part of it is true. I'll be driving to the Channelside location just so I don't ever have to deal with the inefficiency of this pharmacy. Take my word for it, don't waste your time.

Called to in an attempt to have a script transferred from out of town and filled and after waiting for 5 minutes on the phone without anyone answering I simply hung up.

My doctor prescribed ear drops and sent it to this CVS. They told me my medication would be ready by 1230, I showed up at 1 and they informed me that the medication is on backorder. They then told me that I could call around the other CVS drug stores to see if they had it in stock. Why isn't this something they would have done when my prescription was sent to them, and why is it incumbent on the patient to find out what THEY have in stock? Back to Publix pharmacy for me.

Great, unless of course you are a new customer of theirs and start using them for your prescriptions for long standing pain management condition (double amputation, chronic osteomyelitis). They will actually give your ordered pain medications that you have been provided confirmed dates for to preferred patients and force you to wait additional time and furthermore endangering your life by throwing you into severe withdrawals. Beware of this pharmacy, they will kill you.

Not the largest selection, but it is clean and well-maintained. I needed to grab a last minute cooler to keep beer cold for an event. Running a little late (boo on you Tampa Bay traffic), I had to limit my search to places on my way to the restaurant. When I saw the CVS I made a sharp right and squealed into the parking lot. Not being picky I headed straight to the summer beach section. There I found three choices. 1. The Styrofoam one and done choice. 2. A hard cooler that could hold 40 beers that was randomly dirty on the top (and there was only one of them out) 3. A soft, insulated cooler that holds 40 cans that rolls. Both 2 and 3 were $29.99 so I had a quick, internal debate about which one I should take. Let me preface telling you my decision by saying the soft cooler is pretty hideous. It is baby blue outlined in pink. I was hoping to find a rolling hard cooler, but luck was not with me. My lack of upper body strength won out and I grabbed the soft cooler and a bag of ice. Check out was pretty painless. By the time I made my decision the line was a little long, but they called a second employee to man another check out line (kudos CVS). The clientele here is a little sketchy, but since it was during the day I didn't think I was going to get mugged. I did feel safer waiting until I got to the restaurant to move the beer into the cooler instead of standing in this parking lot doing it. Selection wasn't the best, but I got what I came for. Overall it was a solid A-OK experience.
